Brought my Jeep to Capitol for service and an oil change. They found two oil leaks and my wheel alignment was out. They fixed the oil leaks, performed a 4 wheel alignment, tire rotation and a LOF all on the same day. Steve Hartley has been a service writer at Capitol for years and he is very personable and knowledgeable. Steve is definitely and asset at Capitol Garage!

Rich Burdich was the salesman that helped me through the whole process, and it was a PROCESS. I'm from a different state but Falveys was in possession of a sportscar with the exact specs that I wanted, so I made the trip, and it was well worth the miles.
I would have definetly buy another vehicle from Falveys, but only if they happen to get a wicked Shelby, or Ford haha! Thanks again Mr. Burdich, look forward to doing business in the future!
My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
I searched the internet for a very specific car. MJ Automotive did a terrific job trying to earn my business. They were easy to communicate with and had great follow up. I wish I could have bought fro them, but I found a better match to my desires than they had available.
My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

I was desperate to get out of my 15 month old lease. I still had low miles but wasn't going to be able to keep it that way. Plus I didn't like car car. I asked for a Christmas Miracle and met Santa who made my wish come true! Santa aka Berson was fabulous! A fantastic experience and my daughter will be in next weekend to make her Christmas dreams come true! Thank you!!!!
Just completed a sale for a pickup for our parents. Francis took care of us, answered all of our questions, and provided us with the best truck in the area. And did I mention for the best price? The garage is well run, busy, clean and orderly. They are proud of their establishment . We definately would travel back to Bloomfield Garage again. We were dealing with honest people.
I just purchased a 2008 Milan from BGI and it was one of the best car buying experience that I have had. Francis was great to deal with, and very accommodating. There were NO hidden fees when it came time to write the check. I would highly recommend this Garage.
A friend of mines told me about this dealership because her son brought his Audi from them. I decided to go and check them out after work. Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...
