This is the 3rd Jeep I have bought from Champion and they are the best. After being hit by a lady that ran a red light and rolled my Jeep Patriot that I walked away without a scratch the sales staff and finance dept went above and beyond and helped me find my replacement. Great Job too all the staff
I went into Champion to buy a new Jeep. While I am always on guard when I car shop, this time it was a completely different experience. I was greeted by Loren and from the start, was at ease with him. He told me that it was important that we found the right car and had fun doing that. He was right, it was fun and I did find the car I wanted. Everybody made sure that I was taken care of and I felt that they really appreciated me purchasing my car from them. Thank you Loren for a great experience, Todd and Eric. I will be back again.
My wife and I went into Champion Chrysler Jeep to look at and gather information about the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Loren was the salesperson that waited on us and we were so fortunate. He didn't act like a salesperson but more of a friend who wanted to help us make an informed decision. It really helped when he told us that he not only owned a Grand Cherokee but it was his third one. We drove the Grand Cherokee and what really sold us was that he found a model that suited us. The model we came into see, that we thought was the right one, wasn't what we bought. Loren showed us a model that saved us several thousand dollars and still had the equipment we needed. That is what we call service and looking out for us. Thank you, Loren, for making this the most enjoyable experience ever! To the Champion management, you have a gem of a salesperson.
Champion Chrysler's service department is making an excellent attempt to provide a better customer service experience. It IS noticeable compared to other dealer experiences I have had over the past 40 years.
Keep up the good work. Many dealers don't realize how important after-sales treatment is for future purchases. Champion is getting it right.
This is the fourth vehicle I've leased and the best experience I've had. Kendahl was great to work with! He really knows his stuff and doesn't try to give you the runaround. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and had everything ready to go quickly. I would highly recommend working with Kendahl!
This is now the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Sundance. Mr. Orta sold me all five vehicles and will continue to go to him in the future. He is trustworthy and always goes above and beyond my expectations.
I went in wanting to look at a particular van when we walked in Cody was quick to help us get more information on the vechical. After a few minutes we found out someone else was already looking at so we ventured around to find another van, with a pretty strict budget Cody found one in our price range, but I didn't love it. As the day went on the original van came back up for grabs and he was quick to get it for us to test drive and check out. Long story short Cody got me my first "mom van!" Haha and at a pretty good price!
Hi, March 16,2018 my car was in a accident . This was a year to the day that I had purchased it from Car Rite in Grand Ledge MI. I PRAYED for a car then. It was a 2013 Dodge Dart.
Noone was hurt in the accident no ticket was given. My folks drove one hour to come pick me up. I used a 2003 vehicle for a back up car that needed a rim after I found out the tire went flat in 15 min..
The car shop had to place a order for the rim.
Then the car would not start.
My folks drove me to work.
I called CarRite and spoke with them about the accident.
Yesterday, Tyler Melvin a employee of CARite, drove to pick me up so that I would be able to purchase a car.
Car has 2k mile the price of the car was $13,000. Jonathan Keblesh processed my paper work. I met the owner as well.
They treated me Right and with respect.
They helped me when I needed it.
That is why I went back. WHAT A BLESSING Thank you everyone thats been praying for me.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Signature Ford of Perry, I just wanted to write a review to show my experience with this dealer. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by sales rep Mike Shenk who immediately assisted me with the vehicle I was interested in. Mike discussed the vehicle with me and with some further conversation with his manager (?), I was able to test drive the vehicle to see if it was the right one for me. This is something that I was not able to do at another local Ford dealer so that is two thumbs up for Mike and this dealer. They treated me with courtesy and did not pressure me, understanding that if the car was a right fit, a deal was to be made. The car was not for me for my specific needs/desires, however if it was, I would have no hesitation with wanting to do business with Mike and Signature Ford of Perry.
I leased a new Buick LaCrosse with Dave Kern as my salesman! It was a wonderful experience during the buying process! I also have to say - I was in an auto accident about 2 months after I brought my new car home and Dave made sure to help take care of me! He helped with getting my car to the auto body as well as any questions / concerns that I had! I would highly recommend Sundance and Dave! Thank you for the all around care!!
We went to Pauli Ford because we needed a new commuter that got good gas mileage and also had enough room for our growing family. We worked with Paul Phillips who was great. I???ve bought a lot of cars over the years and he???s one of the few that I didn???t feel was trying to either hustle me through the process or push me into something. He listened to our needs and worked with us to get us into a new Fusion which we???re thrilled with! Brian Corbin who closed our deal was also great to work with and explained all our options on that end to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We also dealt with Tricia who helped us get our old lease closed out and even met Brian Pauli himself who took time to talk with us and make sure we were satisfied. Overall a great experience. We???ll be going back in a few months to trade my wife???s car in as well!
From the time I entered the dealership, I felt very comfortable. The salesperson was very friendly and had no problem bringing multiple vehicles up for me to look at. I actually ended up buying a different vehicle than what I came to look at. Their price was very competitive and even the interest rate they got me beat out my military banks. Overall, I will definitely recommend and be using them for future business.
I think it is ridiculous that the Goodyear tires on my 2017 1500 are bad after 26,000 miles and Chrysler does nothing for me very disappointed
