I bought a Camry from Jake Newman at Jake Sweeney Mazda West this summer. Not only was he kind and understanding but he also played with my kids while I signed papers. He didn't lie and was straight up about everything. I have since referred two family members to him and he gave them the same awesome service. This is by far the BEST dealership in the Cincinnati area. Their customer service is way above standard compared to others in the tri-state. I had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and I never felt pressured. I felt that everyone there really cared about it being my decision and wanted to help me make the best choice. I had lots of questions, and they were more than happy to answer each of them. I had the opportunity to speak with management about my wonderful experience and I have to say that the management staff is just as friendly and helpful. They really wanted to earn my business, and I'm proud to say that I'm loving my new CX-5.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jake Sweeney Mazda West each time was a smooth seamless process with friendly sales and management staff. I found that when going to other dealerships the sales staff was pushy and looked down on me for being a women. Never once did I feel this way at Jake Sweeney Mazda West. I know that any time I am in the market for a new car I wont hesitate to pop in and I will get amazing service. if you are in the market for a new car I recommend this dealership over any others.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Jeff Sweeney Mazda, one used, one new. David Valines was the rep. we worked with both times. He made both experiences enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. All employees we have worked with at Jeff Sweeney have provided the same high quality of customer service. I am a very loyal buyer and decided to switch to Zimmer for my purchase. Decision so far is great - the entire process was much better than expected. The entire staff including Charlie Bisang, Shawn Moore and Tony Fritsch was fantastic! They were all friendly, courteous and straight forward. Highly recommended!
While out Black Friday shopping we decided to stop and just look; we were not planning on buying until spring. We found 2 vehicles that we really liked and decided to get more information. Cameron pulled both cars sided by side so that we could compare. After driving and having our questions answered, we decided to get numbers. Cameron was able to give us a deal we couldn't pass on it plus there was no pressure to buy. Cam made the buying process so easy. We would definitely buy from Cameron and Zimmer again!
I was highly impressed with the exemplary sales service that I received from Ricky Brown at Tom Gill Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about all of the makes and models on the lot, which helped us to weed out a lot of cars that would not fit our needs. His patience, honesty and integrity were truly refreshing!
I recently went into Tom gill and I had my eyes set on a SUV, However It was out of my price range and The salesman duo of Demoore Gray and Jayson Lopez made me a happy and gratuitous customer, they help me find a car that would make me proud and happy to drive and they treated me with respect and understanding. I am very thankful this amazing experience even though I was not the easiest to work with.

Tom Gill Chevrolet has fast friendly service. The sales person, Jordan Holt was great and he was very patient with me. He helped me get the car I wanted. It makes the car buying experience not so scary and you don't have to sit there for 8 hours trying to work out the deal and the financing. It was a pretty quick process. Thank you Tom Gill Chevrolet again for helping me get the car I want. This is why I keep coming back when I am looking to buy a new or used car.
We arrived an hour before they were scheduled to close and they were still more than willing to help us. About 3 of the staff members stayed late to make sure we left happy. They took extra time to find us the right kind of financing that worked for our budget. Excellent customer service and quality vehicles.
We found Theis Motors while looking for a reliable car for our sixteen year old daughter. We approached the business with the usual concern and hesitation that usually accompanies a trip to a used car dealership, but within a few moments of conversing with Mike Jr. we came to realize that this was no ordinary dealership. They function at a level of honesty, integrity, and competence that are rare in this day and time. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation at all.
Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. She is great and made my car purchasing experience memorable and exciting. I’m so happy with my new car and very appreciative of her help and patience with me.
The rest of the staff I had contact with were all very friendly and welcoming. Every greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer.
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
Never been treated with so much respect and love in any place that sells and service cars like Camargo Cadillac. This place is amazing. Thanks for the hospitality!!!
