This car is very beautiful inside and out! Now I will say that there isn’t too many storage places for my phone so I have to leave it in the center console. The only problem I’m having is when winter hits my windows freeze and I’m not able to close the door. The window goes down about a quarter of a inch when you open the door and goes back up when you close it, I’m assuming it’s so you don’t slam the door and break the window. If you purchase this car and run into that issue just take a credit card and scrape the track of the window and you should be good to go!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The car is comfortable and so roomy- lots of bells and whistles but the most important thing is that I feel safe in it. This is not a car that’s going to get pushed by the wind! The Hemi purrs like a sexy kitten and responds to the slightest touch of the pedal- best car I have ever owned!
Very friendly staff who took good care of me. Robby was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get the deal done. Faculty was great.

Very practical for my lifestyle (ie. dogs, camping, biking), but also comfortable and fun to drive. The acceleration is great and interior features are great. Built in coolers in the back seat make it ideal for football tailgating.

This car will do what it is advertised to do...smoke tires and eat up mustangs and cameros and it gets 24-25 mpg on the highway! Fun to drive!

Honestly I used to love this truck for about its first 60,000 kilometers after that things start to break and Chrysler does not want to help you not to mention the very pricey maintenance intervals you have to get done for warranty.
Had a rear differential safety recall fixed and 80,000 kilometer it still failed and caused me to go sideways on a highway, they ignored all attempts of coverage or help. The truck itself was stylist with an amazing interior and alpine sound system. It had heated power leather seats, bluetooth talk amd even played dvds on the screen. Performance was great..however..the Hemi would get very sluggish rather quickly after each dealership Hemi tuneup which was 600 dollars to get done, and my fuel efficiency on highway was 23L/ 100km at best so performance wise 300+ hp you rarely get to see. Exterior range but with upgrades like fender flares and tires you can really turn this truck into one great looking rig. Overall the lack of reliability since I had to give it up with only 130 000 km on it and customer care makes me give this truck 1 star because everything deserves atleast 1 star.
The Journey exceeds all our family needs!! Plenty of room up front and the 2nd row. 3rd row suited for kids. Very good ride and love the steering! It turns like a small suv but has the room and comfort of a larger suv. The engine is plenty peppy enough for me. Had it fully loaded with people over the Christmas holidays to go look at lights. Had no trouble accelerating to get on the the highway or keeping up with traffic. The so-called experts are so far off!!! Absolutely love it!!!
I've had the car for a week and so far am loving it. I love the way it looks and it drives - no sharp/jarring brakes or gas. Plenty of power when I need it, love the technology. The bluetooth phone pairing is really easy to set up and the audio quality is great - better than talking on the phone directly. It does a great job understanding regular speech the first time and I've not yet had to repeat a command, very intuitive. It has USB ports and regular chargers, Android Auto/Uconnect makes it easy to use all of your phone's familiar apps. I also like how you sit up a bit higher than most cars, helps with visibility. The one thing I wish it had was blind-spot monitoring. That would be helpful but overall for the price I can't complain.
Our salesman Thomas was thorough and very helpful. The staff was amazing and worked hard to meet our needs. We will definitely buy more cars here!

The car did not meet my expectations. It got old very fast. The vehicle has lost about 30% of its value in the last year. Interior is difficult and even in normal driving, the tires are already shot. The rubber on the outside of the car is already looking like the car is 5 years old. Not good value for the money.
Gates Nissan Service personal always give me the Best Experience for the last 5 years. I chose to buy my car here because of the excellent service I had received on my previous car from them. They are thoughtful of my needs and time. Always courteous and respectful. They know my car and they know me! They do their best to work within my budget and my limited availability with my work schedule. They always make me feel important and not just a number. Great people!! I can't even drive it without it loosing power then come back on. It keep saying lose communication, not to dependable can't take it out.
