Went to Parks to look at three specific trucks, all Ford???s, and got there right around opening time. Richard saw me and right away checked in to see how he could help. He was courteous, knowledgeable and honestly cared about my experience. The F150 I ended up purchasing was actually not at the dealership because it was taken out to help another customer in VA. Once Richard knew I wanted it he immediately made sure that the truck didn???t have another mile added to it. I was there until 5:30 waiting on the truck and the entire time Richard and the Parks??? team made me feel right at home and comfortable. I would highly recommend Parks not only for new cars but for your used choice as well. And go see Richard! He will take care of you.
I did come in with doubts on not being able to get the car I wanted. One of the sales person Adriana Diaz really helped me out and now i???m a new owner of a 2015 Dodge Charger RT. Do recommend anyone to come and check them out.

Brought vehicle in to repair electronic digital mileage display on my instrument cluster. Had challenge getting update on service throughout the day. Finally got word work was completed and vehicle ready for pick-up later part of the afternoon.

This is the only KIA Dealer that would FIX a KIA that they didn't even sell! Not to just trade it in and rid of the problem,they have Fixed the problem on Bank 1 and are fixing the same problem on Bank 2! All under warranty that the seller would not FIX! Salem is not the place to Purchase a KIA! Unless you never have a problem! 10 yr 10000 mile warranty means nothing to them! If its 2 good 2 be true,it always has been for me! Cheep and Good don't go together! Never Has!
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Recently we purchased a Ford Expedition at Impex. Nasser was not high pressure and did what was necessary to make sure we were happy. The entire buying process was easy and very pleasant. I will recommend this company to my friends and tell them to ask for Nasser! Thank you so much for being so respectful and professional.

Tank was very knowledgeable new his product knowledge I would give him a 10 great person if you're ever interested ask for this gentleman he goes by the name of tank wow does he know his product. This salesman went Far and Beyond he helped us all the way I showed my wife everything I promise you I will recommend this gentleman to everyone. They beat the other dealers about $4,000

They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility!
