So far, this minivan has exceeded my expectations. Better mileage than I expected- 23 mpg- those are not highway miles. A 4 x 8 sheet of plywood fits in the back easily with the seats stowed. My Mountain bike fits easily standing up.
Phil has a great wealth of knowledge of Jeeps and was a big help to me in understanding all the different models and options. He was always professional and courteous throughout the process. I needed some time to learn about all the the Jeep options and Phil was patient and gave me the time I needed. You earned the title of ???Your Family Car Salesman???. Thank you Phil!
SUV that doesn’t feel like it

The Durango looks like an suv on the out side but on the I side, it feels more like a sports car. I love it. It is very plush with all the latest technology. I couldn’t be more pleased with it.
Kevin made magic happen for me with an APR, monthly payments and more. Now I???m in a much more reliable stylish safe vehicle and couldn???t be happier.

Sold it at 21,000miles and 5 yrs old.SRT model. Green with envy color scheme. $51,000. Bought new. Spent way too much time at the dealership chasing multiple electrical problems that never got Fixed. Stereo lacking quality sound. Touch screen sad. Traded for a new Mazda- a very reliable car !

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.

My husband and I bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SE new in April 2016 in Puyallup WA just before our son was born in May. It's been perfect for getting a newborn in his carseat carrier in and out of the car. We've transported a full couch in it with all seats stowed except the seat our baby's carseat was on. In April 2018 we traveled cross country from WA to PA, through mountains going up to Mount Rushmore. Then in September 2018 from PA to FL. During both travels we were fully loaded down in the minivan and towing a Jeep Patriot fully loaded down. We never had any problems with this vehicle. We loved it so much that we just traded it in for the 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with all the upgrades.

Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
This car is the worst vehicle I've ever own.

After the warranty everything is braking, it is two years old, and I've had to put almost 3,000 in it really bad on the road.
I was searching for a car with difficult criteria, but found one in Best Ford's inventory. I live over 100 miles away (and in a different state), so I called to sort out the logistics. They were very helpful and worked things out to minimize the pain associated with the distance.
They had the car right in front and waiting when I got there, allowed me to take as long a test drive as I wanted, answered questions, and had their shop look at a minor issue while I was there. We negotiated a reasonable price, and they even offered to deliver the car (over 100 miles) for less than I was expecting.
Overall, a great experience -- and I'm very happy with the car!

not dependable over time; something always wrong with it.many issues the car should be recalled for wish i would of bought a 60s or 70s car new cars are junk.
I looked at the Kia Cadenza and the car was comfortable and stylish. However, I did not purchase the car because of limited selection and the dealer would not be able to trade with others,condidered looking elsewhere but ended up with another option. I would highly recommend David McCarthy if you visit this dealership. He is honest, ethical, and great to work with!!

The car is comfortable and so roomy- lots of bells and whistles but the most important thing is that I feel safe in it. This is not a car that’s going to get pushed by the wind! The Hemi purrs like a sexy kitten and responds to the slightest touch of the pedal- best car I have ever owned!
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Black top edition 2018 Durango GT. We love this vehicle. The navigation is easy to use the huge screen on the stereo system is awesome. The whole system is easy to use and user friendly. The interior is awesome grey leather heated seats and steering wheel combined with the remote start. Means no more jumping into a cold vehicle on the very cold days. The interior is very well laid out from cup holders to the smoke supply of storage boxes throughout the vehicle. Very comfortable. The black top edition exterior speaks for itself. Rhe new hood scoop dodge added is a awesome look on these SUVs. I get thumbs up from a lot of drivers on the road. The dual exhaust sounds great and this thing has zero lack of power. The handling is amazing for an SUV. We couldn't have asked for better looking better functioning SUV for our family. Oh and guys you can look cool in a family SUV. This is the one.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car will do what it is advertised to do...smoke tires and eat up mustangs and cameros and it gets 24-25 mpg on the highway! Fun to drive!
Service department was excellent and found the staff to be excellent. Service staff recommended needed repairs and did not force me or sell me. I took their advice and made another appointment for later work.
