We went in with the intention of buying an Explorer within the week. They were extremely helpful, very nice, and went above and beyond to help us get the ford financing. We would definitely return again to buy a new vehicle.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

They were unable to help me with the vehicle I preferred to purchase. I had difficult because my credit score was low, but they did try to help me with that . However we could nit come to terms with a comfortable car payment for me. The salesman was very personable. But, I called before I went there and explained about my credit informing management that my situation was difficult and that I did not want to come all the way out there and not only be embarrassed but waste my time. He assured me that would not be an issue. But I ended up wasting my time nonetheless and being embarrassed as well.
Went In Commonwealth Dodge Today after Attending the New Car Show Last Weekend, I Wanted to Trade out of the SUV I Was In, I actually Traded my 2015 Mercedes ML350 for a New 2017 Dodge Durango Citadel , I am Very please With the Quality of Customer Service I received today, if your looking for a New Vehicle I suggest you give them a Chance.
The staff at Town and Country Ford are the best. They fix it right the first time and do a great job of communicating with the customer.
The sales department gave us a very fair allowance on our trade in and the vehicle we purchased was priced right and in great shape. We only buy from Town & Country Ford.
Drove almost 3 hours to look at a used vehicle. Salesman was ready when I arrived and worked with me for 2+ hours. Very patient and easy to work with. Dealership looked very nice.
