Had the dreaded harsh shift in transmission on my 2018 F150. Dropped it off to be evaluated, truck needed a overhaul of transmission to replace CFD Hub and Control assembly. Had my truck for 4 days, they had the parts on hand. Aria (Service Adv) kept me informed. After repair, truck shifted better than when it was new. 1 week later still shifting fine. Glad I had an extended warranty this would have been an expensive repair.

My wife and I had been in research mode for a few weeks. We devoted an entire Friday to shop various local dealerships with the hopes of making a final decision. We rolled into Berlin City Nissan of Portland one half hour before they typically closed and Eric greeted us with a smile. We were not rushed, or made to feel that we were an inconvenience on a late Friday afternoon. We had a lot of questions. We also had a lot of requirements. My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

Nick Browning of the Service Department has managed my repairs, and he's be great. Most recently he was my Adviser for a transmission replacement under warranty, and coordinated it flawlessly. He makes car repairs easy, and Berlin City has always been fair to me, particularly in pricing when compared with other Nissan Dealers I have experienced in the Boston Area. Thanks guys!

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Morong in Falmouth, ME and this experience was even better than the first. Miah, our sales consultant, was so easy and fun to work with. Andy, the used car sales manager, was wonderful and so great to chat with about the vehicles that we were considering. We had many questions about the mechanical and electronic systems of the SUVs, and we were very concerned about reliability. Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future.
