Areas for Improvement – A Work in Progress Some people mention ease of entry and exit, but I personally have had no issues. The AI Voice Assistant could integrate better, but I know Lucid is actively improving it and will push updates over the air, so I have no concerns there. Final Verdict – A Game-Changer After owning Mercedes and multiple BMW models (M550, M850, 330, i4), I can confidently say that switching to Lucid was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This car has completely redefined my expectations, and I am fully committed to the Lucid brand for as long as I can be. Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.
