This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I went for an oil change. Jasmine our attendant displayed excellent professionalism. She welcomed us with a smile. She informed us of the waiting time and sure enough the service was completed within timeframe . The waiting area was clean and had abundant snacks and water but no coffee. Overall all the employees were very friendly and answered questions appropriately.

This car is amazing! Fun? Yes! Practical? Yes! How often do you get both of those in the same car??? I’ll never drive an ICE car again.

I never knew car buying could be so easy. I was in the market for a BMW X3, and specifically a 2010 model. I located a few within a 200 mile radius of my home in North Georgia. Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.

Throughout the process every person involved exhibited professional courtesy, openly answered my questions and otherwise made this a pleasant experience. The sales person, sales manager and administrative staff handled everything in a timely and efficient manner.

My sales representative was Michael Fitzgerald and he was awesome. I had my heart set on a particular car but it sold as I drove up to the dealership. Michael listened to my wants and issues and we found the perfect car. He also drove to Warner Robins where I sold my car to pick me up and we drove to Jackson Automotive where we closed the deal on my Mercedes. He was also giving tips to a sales person in training, Kelly, and we all had a good laugh or two about various things in our life. They were both very professional but personal also. I would definitely recommend Michael to any new person thinking about purchasing a Mercedes. Thank you.
