This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

I love this place so much! Not only are the salesmen’s pay not based on commission but it actually helps cause it all the focus is what you want as a buyer!

Several months ago I was looking for a new car and wanted to compare the Hyundai Kona, Honda HRV and Toyota Corolla Cross. We visited Grappone Hyundai and met Joe Hardy. When we returned from driving a Kona, Joe had an HRV waiting for us. Then he brought us over to the Toyota dealership so we could see, sit in and touch a Corolla Cross that was being prepped for delivery to a customer. Joe went out of his way to help us with our search and deserves Kudos.

Michael Towne is very and patient with me when I bring my car to him. I just had a problem with a malfunction in the engine. He said bring the car up and we will look at it without an appointment. He worked on the problem and I had back in two days. Grappone is very lucky to have Mike and I considerate him great in the way he serves his customers. I would the recommend the Dealership. My wife and I leased a new Kona from Joe Hardy. He answered all our questions. If he did not know he would get the right answer. He just did not guess. He was a breath of fresh air! I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

The Limited is a great car with loads of high end features. Love all the safety features that the car offers. Performance has been great and love driving an electric car>

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Keith greeted us as we exited our vehicle. We had no appointment and only stopped by on our way to a dealership in Nashua. We had researched online and knew what we were looking for. Keith took us inside to his desk, offering coffee/water. He took time to get to know our wants and needs....he LISTENED! Two test drives later we bought our 4 Runner. There was no pressure or upselling and so refreshing. Thanks Keith for saving us the drive to Nashua....you were friendly and professional.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

Bennett in service was absolutely amazing when my car was recently in the shop for over a month. He was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and to help as best he could, in a very difficult situation.

We walked in the dealership and initially no one came up to us. Then James Salta approached us and asked if he could help us. We told him we were thinking of buying a Ford Explorer.
