Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I called and asked about the Mercedes. I came the next day paid for it. Everything was great. The owner is phenomenal. Also people who worked there our phenomenal. The owner made sure that I had new tires and a new key filled me up detailed my car I called him the next day to let him know about a small issue. He fixed it immediately. I will be coming back to buy another car

I love this subject. The Santa fe pulls my boat with ease, has great performance and handling. I still can't believe I get 30 mpg while cruising at 75mph on the highway all this from a roomy all wheel drive vehicle.

We went out to look at a convertible A5. Columbia had the color combo desired vs another dealer. They could not have been nicer, responsive and the consultant kept in contact thoughtfully. The buying experience was enjoyable, and the A5 convertible is awesome. Haven’t had to service yet, but they do communicate on scheduled maintenance. So far so good. Thanks Ron, I love my car!

I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
