Just bought a new 2025 F150 Laiat Hybrid. Best truck ever, has all the options. Best price by far than other dealers. Devin was amazing finding it and having it transferred. They found an issue that the other dealership didn't and fixed it before delivery. We needed another key and they sent to our house to program key. Very impressed. I did have a great service rep when I went to have an oil changed. Thaddeus was extremely professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. He then provided information to help me successfully navigate my way through the wait. I received updates on maintenance that was needed without feeling pressured to have jobs completed that could wait, which I appreciated. However, he did advise me on immediate next steps and provided me with his contact information so that I can call as soon as I am prepared to get the job done. I was impressed with his service in comparison to many who have I have met in a service setting who didn't take the time to carefully explain things to a woman. I was also impressed with a young lady who walked around in the service waiting area and offered water and light snacks on a Wednesday. I usually see special services only on weekends. Thanks for the added touch.

I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.
