The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

Buying a car is never easy or necessarily pleasant, but our two buying experiences with Koons Ford of Sterling have been excellent. Two years ago we purchased a 2024 Explorer, and in early June 2026, we purchased a 2026 Explorer. Edward Claros-Flores was our most recent salesman, and he was terrific. He was very knowledgeable, customer service oriented and made the process easy!
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.
