very roomy, looks good, drives good, wings on hood obstruct vision some, no big issue. Problem is ride is noisy and rough like tires are stiff. This also creates minor dash, door. window vibration noise even though minor, still annoying. My 2005 suv with good tires does not do this. I have researched and found the prelli tires I have are much cheaper than Michelin which would give a better ride comfort.
The experience purchasing our new truck was amazing from the beginning to the end. Our salesman Humberto Vallejo gave us so much information on how our new ford truck operates. Dan Howard is always so helpful when purchasing our vehicles. We will not buy from anyone but him. He is so friendly and always aims to make it the best buying experience to make sure that his customers are happy.
When I service my vehicles at Joe Myers I always ask for Elaine Latham. If she is busy I will reschedule and come back a different day. Elaine makes a conscious effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your vehicle???s service. Overall, a dealer can be pretty expensive for service so Elaine makes a point to suggest any and all available coupons that can be used to lower the total cost. I had issues with Zaktec paint protective coating and the sub par way it was applied. Elaine made the effort to make sure I was completely satisfied.
Kenny Baker was an absolute pleasure to work with at Helfman Ford. We didn't know exactly what we wanted other than an F150. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable about the F150 and took the time to educate us on the different trim levels and optional features. My wife uses a wheelchair and we explained our plan for her to be driving the F150 with special handicapped modifications. Kenny took the time to understand how that would affect our vehicle purchase. Kenny was considerate of my wife’s disability and brought several F150 examples to the front lot. We got inside them, and Kenny explained the differences between each example, so my wife could see them and compare. This helped us to make the best purchase decision for us. Once we settled on the F150 we wanted Kenny offered an excellent sale price that we immediately accepted. After the financing was finished Kenny introduced us to our new F150 and again demonstrated our trucks specific features and optional settings. We can't say enough about how happy we are with Kenny’s professionalism and the sales experience. My wife and I are in our 50s and we have bought quite a few vehicles through the years. By far this was the best sales experience we have ever had. We would never hesitate to recommend Kenny and Helfman Ford to our family and friends. Thank you Kenny Baker and Helfman Ford!

Today I was personally with you today in the morning earlier, my FORD FOCUS 2014 car, with a problem of shift and clutch(manufacturing defect), is at your dealership. I need to know of a deadline. I am studying here in the United States and I can not afford to rent a car anymore. I've missed class today. Help me for God's sake. It's been a week since my car is with you. And every day I hear it's ready tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes.

This car has met all our needs. Comfortable ride over long distance trip, plenty of room for cargo and/it additional passengers. Great for personal electronics front and back and plenty of safety features.
Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car met all my needs. Its smooth driving and its easy to get in and out. I love the heater seats. My love riding in the car with me and also my grandchildren's.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
