Everyone was very nice and helpful! From the moment we pulled in the lot we were greeted and treated very well. We looked at different vehicles and the saleman was open to letting us look and drive anything and kept a positive attitude the whole time. All the other salesmen/managers were very friendly and nice as well. Great service would definitely recommend!! Prices were very fair as well below blue book value.

Bill is the greatest and they car my husbands truck within days. Bill took extra time to show us how things work on our new truck. Bill is so kind and humble. Nicest car salesmen I mean friend to help us buy a new truck.
This was the first time we returned to a dealer for a new vehicle two times in a row. We even had the same salesperson. Bill found us discounts we didn't even know about and even found a better discount than the one we did know. Bill doesn't pressure you, but he does tell you if certain incentives will expire on a certain date. He lets you decide what model you want and then has you tell him the must-haves for options. Then he does a search and tells you what he has found at other dealerships. Then you decide which one you want and he tries to get it for you (so he has been successful both times). When we went to pick it up, the car was spotless and Bill spent a lot of time showing us how the new equipment worked and even synced our phones We'll definitely go back to Grinwald for our next vehicle. I used the web portal to make an appointment. I chose what appeared on the screen and added main issue for vehicle service needed. When I arrived for service, it could not be completed, for I chose oil change. However, I did include the additional item for vehicle service. I had to bring the vehicle back. The service employees were accommodating and topped off the necessary fluid that was low. The website for service appointment needs to be revisited, so it reflects what, I as the customer, need to be serviced.
Oil change was prompt and courteous.Lincoln service great too picked up loaner car and brought mine back great! Saved me lots of time wonderful!
