He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! Excellent customer service with Tatiana at All American Ford. She was professional at all times and represented the company well. Very thorough with the sign in process and follow-up!! Most importantly Tatiana kept me informed throughout the wait process for the car repair. She also explained the final invoice with knowledge and adeptness. The waiting area was clean, well lit and provided adequate accommodations. Bathroom rooms were clean and WiFi acceptable. The remainder of the All American team was courteous. Satisfied overall with my experience! I only wish the repair costs weren’t so high. It’s seems All American is on the high side of repair costs. Let’s work on those high cost ratios All American. The costs might have me changing All American as my service provider. Final note: I wasn’t informed until the time of payment there was a limit on the percentage of the final bill that could be placed on my charge card. Really??!! This caused me to leave the shop walk across the main highway on hot, humid day and find a Chase bank to withdraw the balance of the payment needed. Unnecessary and a hardship for your customers. Change your policy, offer car service to the bank or at least inform customers in advance. Frustrating!
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.
