Cortese Ford Lincoln review
We had a great experience dealing with Crest Cadillac in Syracuse, The salesman ( Christian Otis ) was very helpful in explaining everything and with all of the paperwork required. He was very pleasant and helpful on the test drive, explaining all of the controls for us. He worked hard on the paperwork, even making phone calls for information we neglected to provide. We are totally satisfied with the entire process.

I’d like to shout out to jimmy, Jay, and jimmys wife. Had an amazing experience they were professional, honest, funny, and there for my every need. Great prices, great bedside manner. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. All the vehicles were in mint condition. No pushy sales man or late night text or hounding phone calls. Zoom auto nailed it. 👊😉👏👏👏🤗 love my new vehicle.

Sick and tired of the hail divots on my hood and trunk lid of my beautiful old Lexus. Spoke to Kimo and Jeff in DeLacy bodyshop. They gave me an incredible estimate to not only fix the hail damage, but blend the lower rocker panels and roof top as well the was sun damaged(Florida car). They took their time, informing me daily on the status and a week later Kimo asked me to come in and It was Gorgeous! It looks like a new car! Great work, super nice guys, the price was amazing! I can't recommend this shop and these guys enough.

Great customer service. Found the car I wanted at the right price with no dickering.
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.
