None of the "pretend we're lowering the price by extending the term and showing a lower payment", which has happened to me so many times at dealerships. I made an offer, the offer was accepted, and that was that. Ethan was a pleasure to work with. There was one point of hard-sell on the extended warranty, but that's to be expected on an auto purchase. Overall very happy with my experience.

2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

She was able to get a vehicle that checked all the boxes, fit her needs, and didn't break the bank. I feel all parties reached a fair and comprehensive deal and I have full confidence in our decision. Exceptional service from start to finish. Although we had to drive an hour and a half to get here, they beat all other offers on lesser vehicles in our immediate area. I will definitely consider ACRA when it's time to replace MY daily driver.
