Used 2023 Ford Edge for sale near Flat Rock, MI

Well this was my first time ever really experiencing when it came to buying my first car really, and I would really recommend anyone in the area that I know to try see for themselves for how welcoming the experience was and how both understanding, and no bull corners everyone working there that I had experience both meeting and talked to. One of which whom goes by the name of Mark T. O'Bryant whom handled getting the amazing Bronco Sport that I wasn't as sure at first about getting but quickly grew on me the more I got behind the wheel, he made both understanding things about the car and the entire process from sales to how he handled himself to be both hugely refreshing and that it felt it made the whole process feel less nervous as the day rolled on. I would indeed recommend having someone as kind and professional such as him when looking for another car from the this dealership I would do it all over again there, no doubt about.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Tim Shea is hands down the BEST at what he does at Pat Milliken Ford. I filed bankruptcy for the first time not knowing what to expect, but Tim gave me some great advice. Because of his VIP Bankruptcy program I went from a 2015 car to a 2022 SUV. I watched him work diligently with finance companies to ensure I had the best options possible. Great guy. Great service. Great results. Thank you Tim for everything. I won't let you down!

Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Started looking to lease a Ford Escape, but eventually wound up leasing a 2024 Bronco Sport. Our New Car sales person Joey DeSantis went above & beyond to help us with understanding our options & Ford Discounts. If anyone is looking for a New & or Used Vehicle i 100% recommend Joey as your sales person & definitely recommend the Dealership.

Everyone was very helpful in the process of buying out the lease. Took care of financing and the process was very easy. Didn?t try to over sell us on extra items. Explained what we could do and left the decision up to us. No pressure.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I want to thank all who helped make my day.

Went to dealership first thing in the morning looking for a new car, and drove out in my new F-150 later that afternoon. My salesman was Mark Clish and he was so helpful and knowledgeable, and he got it done in record time. Thanks again Mark, I love my truck!!!

9/27/2024 was rear while stopped for traffic on US23 at about 70 mph the the rear bed was hit pushing it into back of cab, The drivers seat back broke putting me in the rear seat area, the drivers seat belt broke. Received damage to right leg - it was on the brake pedal. The truck was totaled out, have purchase a new one.

Great service personnel,very knowledgeable and the sales team are A One. All around great dealership!!

The process was easy to purchase a certified used car with Southgate. I was a bit disappointed picking up the vehicle once I purchased it, and it was not cleaned to my expectation (after speaking with the salesperson who said it would be). Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the dealership was patient, not pushy, and helpful.

I had the privilege to meet and be assisted by Keith English who truly went above and beyond (at all hours, always ending with a “my pleasure”) what most other sales people do. He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. He was excellent at communicating with me at real time speed. I felt like a very respected client and although he assisted me with a used vehicle purchase, he had so much patience and courtesy the entire step of the way. No matter how many questions he would sit there and answer him all. And make sure we were satisfied with the decision that was made. Rob and finance. Made everything so easy. No pressure. Very Good!! Emily Buckle is great at making sure I get my beautiful 2024 BLUE auto. Although the symbols are something else to learn on the dash.

I was looking for a specific car that I could not find in or around Colorado. I reached out to Varsity and to my Suprise I was treated very well. I was able to purchase the car I wanted sight unseen, Jerry the Manager and Josh my salesman were very helpful in my purchase. I was able to make the trip out there and my expectations were beyond met!!! On a side note, be careful of Jerry, don't take your wife or girlfriend.
