This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Dominic was very ate to my questions and listened to my needs. We live 3 hours away and he had everything ready on our arrival so that our wait time was minimal.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

The service Department is awesome. Erin, Ronnie, and Savannah are always friendly when I arrive for service. I would never take my car anywhere else. Prices are competitive and John Sisson stands behind the work they do. And I will not forget to mention Cindy Crawford. She is the first person you see when entering the dealership. I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2011 NISSAN MURANO. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I NOTICED IT HAD BEEN WRECKED AND THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING AND RUST WAS ALREADY SHOWING. I TALKED TO JUSTIN , WHO HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCIDENT AND HAD ME BRING THE CAR IN. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND GAVE ME A LOANER TO DRIVE. Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.
