I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Absolutely amazing service center, I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to get me in and get everything done for a great price! The new facility is beautiful and will definitely be using them in the future!!! 6 out of 5 stars if possible, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

What a great experience! We were able to speak with a salesperson right away. He took us on a pre-planned test drive with a variety of roads. After agreeing to purchase the car, it was only a short time to get all the paperwork in order. Our experience was seamless, and would definitely recommend. A positive side note is that building is new and just improves the experience.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

Ford Edge ST 2022. This car is very well designed and Ford has had the time to perfect the details since it was first introduced. It is a mid-size SUV with a very comfortable interior, ample legroom front and back, and large trunk space. The ST model (V6 twin-turbo) drives like a sports car; and it is so fun to drive. I cannot imagine why Ford is discontinuing its production. I hope to keep this one for at least five years. Not to mention reasonably priced in comparison to similar models; look up especially the horse-power when comparing.

As usual, Brad and Tom (service writers) took excellent care of me and the shop took good care of my truck. Once again service was timely and fair. Even though I'm retired now and not driving much, me and my 20 year old Avalanche still get treated like I did when I was working, putting 75,000 miles a year on my Ryan purchased Chevys. Hello all this is one xxxx of a dealership and the staff are absolutely the best. Please read my story below about morries buffalo and what they did to my vehicle and a huge huge shoutout to Dean, Cassie and Aaron in service for everything they have done to help us. Please visit this place: Don't get me wrong our sales person Mariah and Aaron in finance were absolutely awesome but what happened to us with this was messy and a safety risk to our family. We start when we bought our Explorer ST in Nov 2022 after we took the vehicle home we started having issues with it right away but we were actually rear ended so not able to drop it off for 5 months, then in May I took it to the service department with a long list to get fixed including a recall, we were actually out of state while they had my vehicle for 3 plus weeks, we got a call saying everything was done and fixed on the list and they were going to bring it to my house drop it off and pick up the loaner. After we get home only 3 of the 12 things were addressed I then proceeded to contact service and Tom the service manager where I called and left several messages and emails and not once heard back. Then again the vehicle was in another accident and lost it for another 2 months but in that time I tried to contact managers and service and still nothing, no response or anything just plain avoiding me. Then in July we took the Explorer to California on a 7k mile trip we started having issues on the way out which was addressed in the same day by a dealer in Las Angeles and 5 stars for them. On the way home we started noticing some noises and shutters and vibrations along with it driving really odd in corners and lose feeling. Once we got home still no calls or contact with anyone at Morries so I brought it to Lundeen Ford in Annandale and what a xxxx good team recommended them all day!!! After a very long inspection I was told it needed over 15k in warranty work and they told me that nothing that was presented to morries in May was fixed except the rear subframe and differential and the driver seat heater and a radio module. They also told me that the rear end was installed incorrectly and WE WERE LUCKY we were not in a serious accident on our long drive because the bolts for the rear sub frame were coming lose and they broke a bolt off of the rear driveshaft among some other very serious issues. There was over 35 lines of repair needed to be done and still through all this I still could not reach anyone but Aaron which was a help and also I was able to speak with Elias which is the operation manager for the company and I was given the run around about me not returning the vehicle to there dealer for repairs but oh I tried for months with no response from a single person. Elias then called me back a week later and said he could not help and would have the GM of the dealer contact me HIS NAME IS MARK, he told me he would speak with Lundeen and Consumer affairs. Consumer Affairs was an amazing help and worked very hard to get this all taken care of and made right with Lundeen no matter the cost. Finally consumer affairs got ahold of Mark after Dean could not reach him Dean is the service manager at Lundeen and Mark never returned his call but answered for consumer affairs and told them there was no responsibility from them at all they did nothing wrong she said "he acted as he did not care about the situation at all and was unwilling to help in any way well its been at Lundeen for 3.5 months and just about finished and I am paying over $600 in diagnostic costs when it should have been fixed right the first time in May at Morries while it was still under warranty but since they did not address the issues I asked anout the gold warranty expired and was no longer covered so Ford paid over 2k for repairs no longer covered with warranty I was asked to pay $150 of this total which I am blessed to have happen. This is just pieces of the story and I am so disappointed with morries.

Great follow up by staff! Easy going and no pressure sales. Everything done by email so no contact option is important these days. I highly recommend them!

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.
