Good price, poor customer service

My husband and I were very excited to come to EchoPark, as they do have many vehicles for cheaper then we were seeing elsewhere. However, we did not care for our Sales Experience in the least. We didn't click with our sales rep - I felt like she was not reading our clues when we needed more time, was not very friendly, often seemed annoyed when we asked questions or pushed her for more information and generally was difficult to get information out of. She was reluctant to let my husband and I leave together to get a certified check, which left us wondering why she didn't trust us to come back or needed one of us to stay and wait. The staff was not as knowledgeable about the particular Honda we were buying, including what differences there were between model years, etc. Ultimately we got a good deal, but we were not satisfied with the Customer Service.
