Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn???t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn???t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a ???Yes!??? We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn???t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn???t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They???ll make it happen!!!!

While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. One young sales associate took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and personable. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.

I bought the 2013 Infinity M37 and this car is by far my favorite from all that I???ve ever owned. I was planning to get a different model but once I came down to the M Sport Car Motor Company, and had a chat with the sales manager I decided to listen to his advice and I don???t regret it at all. A little late with this review but better late than never, right lol. This is by far thee BEST dealership I have been to *Feb 3rd, 2016*. I looked around so many places (internet & on foot) to take my wife to go buy her car. So much that we were contemplating on going to jersey to get her a good deal & quality car. Until I stumbled into WBA online. We were very impressed at the reviews, being that every other dealership had an average of 1 to 3 stars with bad reviews about being scammed. so we gave this one a shot before we gave up. As someone who has went thru 3 cars in my time already, I was already skeptical about the dealership. And I already knew how things work or how dealers try to get over. So I let my wife take the lead as we went in. We met SAM & his crew there and my wife explained to them what she was looking for, what price range she wanted to stay within, what she wanted to put down for a deposit. yada yada yada !! we went in to his office sat down talked ran some numbers. and the more I was there just watching and analyzing things around me, the more comfortable I was feeling. Sam is VERY upfront about everything which I thought was very good considering hes the dealer. But he acknowledges that he loves just making his customers happy. and with that said, he actually did :) !! Even tho my wife didn't get the top car she had on her list (08 Acura MDX), She actually ended up coming out BETTER with a newer model car with way less miles for less $$$ (2012 Nissan Altima). I was BLOWN away that it could even be possible but it happened. My wife is still in love with her car bcuz she cannot stop driving it since she took it off the lot. But we want to thank SAM & his crew at worlds best auto for their hospitality, and being very upfront (NO GIMMICKS AT ALL). He lays it all out on the table for YOU to make the final decision as to what YOU wanna do. And that is something that I haven't seen ANY dealership do. All the others are just trying to make a quick buck and get you in and out of the dealership quick to make the NEXT buck. SAM seems like he actually cares. Someone who LOVES his job. So once again My wife & I thank you for your business and we hope that you continue to receive GREAT BUSINESS from customers. (5 STARS WELL WORTH IT)

For starters Olivia is an amazing people person and when you put her on the sales floor she makes magic happen with her kind, warm personality. Olivia has known about all my car issues over the years and I always said I wanted a pearl white fusion to be my princess car. When she told me she got a job at Maplecrest it was like music to my ears haha! I had a 2010 Subaru Forester that gave me way to many problems & Olivia said Kallen I will make the car of your dreams happen. Not only did she find me a beautiful 2016 pearl white fusion I wanted but that came with a luxury package and AWD!!! That definitely made my parents happy living in Jersey with our crazy bi-polar weather. The Maplecrest Ford of Mendham team was incredible with giving me good numbers and making sure everything ran smoothly as this was my first car purchase ever! I was very pleased with the low miles and the price I was able to get it for. I was impressed with the automatic rear hatch. I teach CPR and this makes it so easy to get my equipment in and out. Upgrading to the features I have on the dash now is awesome.

I recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and came to the dealership with a predicament. I had thought I was only 400 miles away from being over and had about 9 months left on my lease. Turns out that I only had 10,500 a year instead of the 12,000 I thought I had (thanks Dana Ford in Staten Island for screwing that up!). Even with all of that they were able to work out a fair deal and I left happy with my brand new car! My only qualm was that it took a very long time (was there 5 hours), but that happens with leasing a new car so not too upset about that. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff at both Jeep and Ford.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I really like the way this SUV drives. Handles more like a car, very responsive. I got the 2.0L engine and AWD. It is the Titanium so it has heated leather seats and I love them. Very comfortable. I have to merge on the Interstate with a very short merge lane and everybody it typically doing 75+MPH. This SUV really goes when you press on the gas paddle and I love that. The visibility is excellent and I love to sit "tall" so I have my seat about as high as you can get it. The brakes are excellent and saved me from a 15 car pile up on the Interstate just last week. I also love all the cargo room. I love to "go antiquing" and with the rear seats folding completely flat there is quite a bit of cargo room. Really happy with my purchase.

So I was very excited and eager to replace my first Ford baby.I was really disappointed during my shopping experiences... until I came to All American Ford of Old Bridge. Dean ended up being the sales man to make me give AAF my hard earned money in exchange for my brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I am in love with this car. I am so happy with the service that I received and so is my father. In fact he is so happy with how Dean treated me that my father said he would be going to Dean when he buys his next Ford. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Have enjoyed owning and driving my Escapes since 2000 when I ordered one from the factory. Size is just right for my needs. The transportation service they have provided continue to please me. Latest purchase (2016) has lots of 'bell and whistles'. I've always tried to acquire all 'the tech' that was available. Now the Escape can include a lot of safety tech...hooray! I'm all for it. An air bag in my prior Escape protected me...they work. Am I pleased with my 'Escape experienced? You Betcha!!!

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

I just bought a used 2016 Ford Escape it’s a big & better difference from a Nissan Rouge I owned I purchased the titanium model which is a big step up it was a lease return & well taken of I love how it handles & rides. From sun roof to sound system my wife & I are very pleased with it . We look forward to at least the next 5 years or more of driving it before looking for another vehicle. This is my fifth Ford probably will never buy another imported car this was my first last one. I was glad to go back to the ford.
