2018 Ford Escape review
Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles,other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding,kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.

2018 Ford Escape review
Very reasonable price tag. Good vehicle's, and the fuel mileage is efficient. Ride has a nice quality to it. Comfortable seats, heated. Cargo area is spacious, including the top luggage rack. Towing capacity is pretty good. These vehicles are absolutely popular, hold up on there value reputation.

To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy, which are not usually characteristics someone would think of when describing a salesperson. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively.
