Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.

Good visibility, great light features. Didn't purchase one with power lift gate. Rear access is difficult because it goes up so high and is very heavy to close.
Jeff Travor from Fred Bean Ford was very helpful in the car buying process. Felt very at ease with the buying process.Would recommend this dealship to everybody.

I hadn't planned to get this vehicle, but it was a great deal and great warranty. I've become fond of it, it's a great ride, good on gas, and does well in the winter snow. Lots of room and storage. I'm definitely Happy.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Very impressed so far. Finally drove on some bad roads and the 4wd is really good. Engine has lots of power. Overall car drives very nice. It is the Titanium model which has a lot of features!

This SUV is great for getting around on our winter conditions. The gas mileage is very affordable so I drive this most of the time and drive my F-150 when I need to.
After my car was deemed totaled I embarked on a car buying experience. Ciocca Ford and Mark Phillips were a godsend to me. Mark worked with me on keeping my payments within budget and actually allowed me to take some of the payoff money for my totaled car and use some of that to buy my daughter a car also. He was absolutely incredible as was everyone we dealt with at this car dealership. I highly recommend Ciocca Ford and Mark Phillips if you are looking for a new vehicle. My whole experience was totally awesome. I love these guys!

I was looking to purchase a used vehicle but after test driving the Escape, I decided to get it. The main reason was the gas savings for me and the nice color.
Recently had the opportunity to work with the team at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia in leasing a 2018 Accord. They made the entire process feel very comfortable – from the sales team all the way to the management. The team goes out of their way to make you feel like you are part of the family. perfect for me, great size, love the look of it. have had many compliments. I live in Canada and it gets really cold here, so the seat warmers come in really handy. :)
Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
I wanted to take a moment and say that I bought a car yesterday at Fullerton Jeep and once again was treated impeccably by Lou Rimblas. He was polite, knowledgeable and made me remember once again that Fullerton is the place to go for my car needs. Lou- thank you!
Poor on fuel efficiency and loud engine

I wanted a Ford because I drive an Explorer for work. I bought the Escape thinking it would handle as well and be as smooth. Instead, the engine is loud when accelerating and the fuel efficiency is poor. I'm filling up every 3 days just to commute to work. I was completely disappointed in my purchase.
Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.

This is our third Escape and by far the best one yet! We love the power of the 2.0 Ecoboost, very impressive. The interior is very comfortable and we'll thought out. The ride is good and interior noise is very quiet. We highly recommend this SUV to anyone. We have always bought Ford products and put hundreds of thousands of miles on them without any issues (our entire family now drive Ford) and expect this one to be the same. Overall: Awesome vehicle!
Rita was very easy to deal with. Professional, friendly and to the point. There no going back and forth . She presented a very good price the first time and I purchased the car. She was recommended to me and I have recommended her to others. If you???re interested in buying a Ford see Rita.
