I stopped in with my son to trade for a new Tundra about 5 years ago. I couldn't believe the effort, of his sales rep, in assisting him in getting the exact deal he wanted. I went back the next available day to see if she would do the same for me and much to my amazement she did. My son purchased a new Tundra earlier this year and I just purchased a new Tundra a week ago. Their TV ad is no lie. They have consistently offered more for my trade, and I contact multiple dealers in multiple states. Jessica Allen worked with us on; our trade in value, any incentives available and our purchase agreement. NEVER has she come back to us saying "My sales manager won't allow" OR "Our finance manager says we can't". The deal is; straight up, straight forward and probably one of the last bastions of honest dealing. I have recommended Waite Toyota & Jessica Allen to those who have asked me about my purchase experience. I don't know if all of the sales people are taught to this standard or if it's personal ethics on her part BUT I admire these traits in people I deal with. I've talked to sales people who have bragged about their numbers and Jessica has yet come in second against any of them. (Not once have I even heard her brag about beating their deal.) I just find it hard to believe myself.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

I feel we got a good deal on the 2022 Subaru Outback. I would of liked to have got more for our trade in but they did install a trailer hitch . The asking price on the Subaru was very fair , it was like getting a new vehicle for $11,000 less than a 2024 and kinda offset any loss on trade in. Very friendly sales staff , made the whole buying process easy.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

To seal the deal, the dealership included an extended warranty while matching the price of a competitor. On the day we picked up the car, my wife noticed the rear window was severely scratched. Caskinette Ford, not only agreed to replace the window but also to send someone to our home to do it. In short, the staff took excellent care of us. Joe, the sales manager, okay-ed the window replacement. Corey Taylor, the sales rep, followed through on everything he told us he would do. Wendy Cornell reached out to us regarding a corroded battery terminal. Yes, a minor glitch, but this demonstrated the dedication and desire of the entire staff to make their customers feel like they matter. A visit to the service department likewise was a positive experience. Jamison was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. Finally, I would be remiss if didn't mention the helpfulness and attentiveness of Craig Caskinette during my initial contact with the dealership.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool
