I cannot recommend Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point enough. Had a recall for my Expedition. Was advised by Andrae Wright that the actual inspection to verify if the recall actually applied to my vehicle would take an hour. I was also told to expect that 1/2 of a day to get around to it. If parts were necessary more time or another trip. I called about 4:30 and 'how about that!" It not only had it been inspected, but they had parts in stock. Al Packer had been waiting for Ford Corp to verify the safety side paperwork. NICE Work guys. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and helpful.
2024 Ford Escape review
Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

2024 Ford Escape review
It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

2024 Ford Escape review
Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.
