Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

They had the only remaining King Ranch Explorer I'm 2 hours away. I ended up buying a Platinum for a similar price right down the street. That said, I was helped by Tyler and he was extremely helpful. He was not pushy - which I appreciated - and would 100% reach back out if needed.

My experience at Leonardtown ford was phenomenal. Jim canter and Mary Ann were absolutely amazing.Wonderful people to work with the whole experience what's phenomenal?.And I would strongly recommend anybody to go there.You won't be disappointed. To be completely honest, this dealership is not bad only if you are buying a new car that is already on the lot. They sold me a car at MSRP with no other hidden fees. The reason why I took a star off is because they're very, very pushy. They will try to sell you on a different car so hard that they're trying to get rid of, and will keep pushing you to purchase warranties and all. They have a super hard time hearing no. If you keep standing your ground and don't get pressured into doing something you really don't want, this is actually a decent enough dealership to purchase a brand new car from only.
