To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Weber! I came in with poor credit but a strong income, and I had been having such a hard time finding a lender here in Missouri. From the moment I walked in, everything changed. Chris Belesis and Andrew Quinones truly went above and beyond for me. Andrew especially deserves all the praise—he is hands down the most patient, understanding, and dedicated finance person I’ve ever worked with. He took his time, explained everything, and never made me feel judged or rushed. He really made the impossible feel possible. Because of him, I was approved for a 2022 BMW xDrive 28i, and I am beyond grateful. This wasn’t just a purchase—it was a blessing. As a mom of 5, this means everything to me… and trust me, I’ve got 5 cars to buy 😂 I will definitely be back! Already planning to return in December for my daughter’s 16th birthday.
