I highly recommend Neal Huffman Honda Clarksville and go see Darius. He was the first to greet us in the cold , very nice, and was very professional. He did not force us into anything we did not want and found us the car we wanted. Darius Duncan in the finance department was great as well, he was very professional and was funny. Overall, both very professional and great to work with. Charles and Micah also got ahold of us to make sure we were taken care of.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

????? We had a wonderful car-buying experience from start to finish! ?? Zac was fantastic to work with. Patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. ? Everything was easy, smooth, and stress-free from the moment we walked in until we drove away in our new vehicle. ?? Excellent customer service and a truly enjoyable experience. We highly recommend working with Zac if you?re in the market for a vehicle! ?? Thank you for making the process so simple and enjoyable! ?????
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Byerly Ford review
We had an excellent experience with Byerly Ford. We drove up from Tennessee, and they had everything ready when we arrived ? the vehicle, the paperwork, and a clear plan to get us in and out efficiently. From the initial communication to financing, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and quick. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no wasted time, which we really appreciated after making the trip. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them again and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Byerly Ford to anyone looking for a hassle-free buying experience.

James Collins Ford review
I always have a great experience at James Collins ford. Ryan took great care of me and I was in and out of the dealership after having my regular maintenance and tire rotation on my car in less than an hour. Thank you, that is why I keep coming back.

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

James Collins Ford review
Great experience ! I worked with Bradley Wallace and Mayur Reddyreddy on purchase on my long awaited 2022 Bronco w/Sasquatch Package. The vehicle was better than even expected and both Bradley and Mayur were great to work with; very professional and felt like they put my needs first… I’d definitely recommend James Collins Ford to anyone in the market for new or clean used vehicle.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.
