Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. The dealership made purchasing my Dark Horse an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and Vincent in particular deserves a lot of credit for making it such a great experience.

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

Excellent service. Fast in and out. Friendly staff. The best feature at Park City Ford is the on-line service appointment page. My car went in on time and the work was done in a quick manner. Nice job!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

MajorWorld Chevy review
My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. In a couple of short hours they had me insured, new plates and driving home in a beautiful silver 2012 Chevy Malibu. Thank you Martin and the wonderful staff of Major World. Sincerely, Anthony Ferrara

Ourisman Ford of ManassasReviews
Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.

This is my second time leasing a new car with Kia. Jason D was my salesman once again and he never disappoints. He is always honest and straight forward and friendly. This time I purchased a fully loaded k4. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Jason!
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

Best Experience Ever!! Finally A Dealer Who CAN be Trusted!! Highly recommend Crest Lincoln for easy Buying & Great Service Dept. Can't say enough how wonderful they treat their customers...
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Ricardo is one of the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with in car buying. He went above and beyond just to make sure I was 100% comfortable. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother, and it’s all because of him. Super trustworthy team too. Thank you so much for my beautiful ride.

J & M Automotive review
Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

What a pleasure to deal with salesman manager number one Would definitely buy another car from them in the future
2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.
