Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Having bought several cars over the years, this was by far the best experience we have had in purchasing a car. The dealer was accommodating in every way. There was no pressure at all. The cars were in beautiful condition, clean and detailed, like new with low mileage. We felt free to examine the cars and test drive the one we liked without any difficulties. We agreed on the sale price immediately and all the paper work was completed in a timely manner without any problems. Our old car was given a good price and was taken in trade. We were very happy with the whole transaction and would recommend anyone looking for a high end, clean used car to see this dealer.
Routine service on both my Lincoln vehicles went smoothly as expected. The Service department is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. They provided me with expectations of what was going to be done, kept me informed of any additional service needed at that time or in the future and completed the check out process with a thorough explanation. Randy, Sherry, and the whole service and technical crew do an excellent job of keeping my vehicles in great shape.
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
I was searching for a car, checking countless lots. I'm 20, so most other lots were looking at me like a joke. As soon as the salesman Burt attended me, I knew this is where I would buy my vehicle. The staff really went out of their way to help me get a car I LOVE and worked hard to do so with my budget.
