I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

In June 2025 I bought a used car from OC Auto. There were issues regarding the title for the car caused by the auction company the car was purchased from & extra fees demanded by CA DMV. Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Car was purchased new in 2015. Overall I rate the car as 4 out of 5. Rear brakes need improvement such as chrome slider rails which would reduce sticking. Forward weight transfer on hard braking could be controlled better. There is one expressway exit where the upper weight transfer is a problem ( as it is with most SUV''s). The steering is precise, with no real surprises ( other than at that one poorly designed xway exit).

Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.

Chris was sales guy and very pleasant and straightforward. Didn't like dealership policies of forced add ons that made the price not affordable anymore. They advertise a low price and then add another $2-3K. feels wrong to me. wouldn't buy from them.

Owned my 1012 Escape LTD AWD for 14 years. No major problems whatsoever. It has towed household items in the large UHaul trailer with ease. It has hauled home construction items in the back and on top. It has done long road trips. And, with all that, has averaged over 23 MPG! Faithful Long Term Vehicle...Many Miles to Go!

The 2015 Ford Escape is good overall performance wise, but I noticed the transmission started slipping after 150,000 miles, also had to replace all motor mounts (3) they got loose. Once replaced the stability of the drive train helped the ailing transmission, and you still could use and drive the car safely. Buying or saving for a "new" transmission was planned due to the reliability of the car. And, "new" was the choice over a used, or rebuilt one, because I intended to keep the car.

I have bought 2 work trucks from this place and they were both good and reliable. The sales people were pretty good except for the second time around, he actually got frustrated when my wife started reading the contract before signing. The only issue I have is both times I purchased, the trucks gas tanks were on empty and they wouldn't put any gas in them for me. The second truck I bought, the tank was so empty that I was stressed leaving the place just hoping to make it to the gas station across the street.
