2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. My husband and I were shopping for a 2019 Tucson, and I thought I'd try Avis car sale dealership directly, since many of the cars we were considering were previous rental cars. Unfortunately, Avis didn't have the car we were looking for, but I did notice that their prices on other cars were extremely competitive. Ana Roa was assigned to us and she wasn't pushy when I explained that we were looking for Tucsons, and they didn't seem to have any. Ana explained that, for some reason, Hyundai actually takes the Tucson's back, so Avis does not sell them on their lots. Wow, a quick, straight answer from someone I've only met through emails. When I asked if Ana could recommend another place to find 2019 Tucsons, and she kindly suggested a competing dealership. Despite knowing she wouldn't be able to sell us anything, Ana continued to kindly and professionally answer questions. She also said that if we ever were interested in anything on her lot, not to hesitate to call. I don't know about you, but that's my kind of salesperson. I won't forget Ms. Noa - and when we're in the market for a car again, Ms. Noa will be one of the first people we contact. She's a real asset to Avis!

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

2020 Ford Escape review
Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Second owner of this car . Had it for 10 years and put approx 80k on it . Very reliable and sporty . Only major expense has been fuel pump that went out about 2 yrs ago . Do all the maint myself and fairly easy to work on .

2020 Ford Escape review
I wanted a medium SUV with towing capacity. Something a step up from by Buick Encore, which I really liked. I really liked the newer redesign of the Escape, when I first saw the image online I didn't recognize it as a Ford Escape. I went for a test drive in a SEL and the Titanium, I was definitely not sold on the SEL coming from the Buick Encore with it's awesome interior leather seats and trim. It was just too far a step down. The SEL also didn't brake correctly on the test drive, possible it needed the brakes replaced. The Titanium drove much better on the test drive and since it was raining, I got a real feel for the vehicle. I found the interior lacking, again coming from the Buick. The leather seats were not in the same class. The door arm rest also. So looking past the leather, the tech was much better. The LED, the 5 drive screens for regular, eco, sport, rain, snow, change with the drive type which is great. The 360 pilot, adaptive cruise, self parking assist, and all the other tech was awesome. Plenty of comfort and room in the back with adjustable seating. Minor repairs on the speakers and the rear door rubber seal were need. Definitely a pain but nothing is perfect. At 250 hp and the 3,500 towing capacity for future use for a pop up trailer, I'm pretty content. An Outback would have set me back 7k more for the same specs. I owned a Impreza hatch which I loved but that was not without it's flaws (for all you Sub fanatics, yes flaws) So as a long road trip car, 5 hours, it was very comfortable and with the minor repairs that were needed I'm still happy with the Ford Escape. My next car? I mix it up. Not sure what it will be.

2018 Ford Escape review
Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles,other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding,kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.

2018 Ford Escape review
Lot's of these nice escape suvs cruising around. Good on it's reliability, and it's value. Gas mileage is efficient and so is the low cost maintenance up keep. Comfortable seats, heated. Rear space is spacious. Towing capacity is good. Luggage rack carrier for extra space.

2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

2018 Ford Escape review
Very reasonable price tag. Good vehicle's, and the fuel mileage is efficient. Ride has a nice quality to it. Comfortable seats, heated. Cargo area is spacious, including the top luggage rack. Towing capacity is pretty good. These vehicles are absolutely popular, hold up on there value reputation.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.
