DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota review
I had such a smooth and positive experience with the entire team! Brittni, Saned, and Jaime were all incredibly helpful and answered every one of my questions with genuine care and top-notch customer service. I ended up driving five hours to pick up my car even though they offered a great rate for shipping. Saned, my salesperson, was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to meet in person. Jaime worked hard to find me a great financing rate and made that part of the process just as seamless. I truly appreciated how easy everything felt from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—this team really goes above and beyond!

Have bought two cars from these guys now. They are friendly, fair, straightforward and don't pull the usual nonsense big dealers do. Always a pleasure.
2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Dan Ferrendino made buying my used car at Colonial Subaru in Kingston, NY extremely simple. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from start to finish. This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

Route 9 MazdaReviews
Route 9 Mazda review
My wife and I drove on the lot of Rt 9 Mazda and started looking at the inventory of the Mazda CX-5's, our car of interest. Very shortly, we were greeted by Dan Santiago. He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Superior Auto Sales review
I was searching all over for a Mercedes CLA and found the perfect one at Superior Auto Sales. Brandon was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product he was selling. The car has been nothing but perfect. Very happy to have found a dealership that actually delivered EXACTLY what they promised. Two dealerships that I went to advertised a similar car for a low price, but changed the price or the car was sold by the time I got there. But not this place! Thanks Brandon!
2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Romeo Ford of Kingston review
I've bought many new cars in my life, that's why I enter every car dealership assuming the salesperson will be trying to push me into buying something I don't want and definitely won't let me leave until I buy something. Well... no need to bring that attitude into Romeo Ford. That's not how they work. They listen and they work to find you the car you want and then make the best deal. Best experience I ever had buying a car. I highly recommend Romeo Ford. And I love my new Bronco!

Romeo Nissan review
Had a great experience buying a nice used car for my daughter here. Worked with Joe Doughty. It was the first dealership we looked at. She drove a car that she liked, and we were given a very competitive price, but she wasn’t quite positive about it. Joe and his manager did a nice job of being eager to sell us the car but at the same time, not pushy when we wanted to think on it. . She test drove several other cars, and we came back a week later and bought the original car at Romeo Nissan. Could not have been happier with the process, the price, the follow up and the customer service we received. Really appreciated Joe’s professionalism and patience. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future because of this experience.

Romeo VW of Kingston review
I had an amazing experience at Romeo Volkswagen! I recently purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. A huge thank you to my sales rep, Jim Parker, who made everything so easy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy—making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. What really stood out was how incredibly toddler-friendly the team was. They went out of their way to keep my daughter entertained during the process, which made such a difference for me as a mom. It’s not something you find everywhere, and it truly meant a lot. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about their customers (and their little ones!), I highly recommend Romeo Volkswagen!

Good ! Information on internet wasn’t correct, wrong engine specifications on web sight lead to misleading information.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2020 Ford Escape review
Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

Had a great experience at this location. We were interested in a 2022 Wrangler seen on a web sales page. From first contact, everyone was friendly and helpful. Dave T. called me to coordinate a test drive as we live 100 miles from Dillsburg. We were welcomed at the dealership upon arrival. Dave had the vehicle ready for a test drive. We decided to move forward and Dave was very helpful laying out the numbers for us, providing a route to purchase for us. We take delivery in a few days. Overall, a great experience working with Dave Talton and the team at this location.
2017 Ford Escape review
This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

This dealership provided an outstanding experience. My salesguy guided me with expertise, and the finance person arranged financing that was better than I anticipated. I plan to return for future car purchases.
2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Interstate Toyota review
Dear All the Homo sapiens (humans) on Planet Earth: I am a former United States Army's Paratrooper/Airborne Combat Medic/Healthcare Specialist and a four-time combat veteran of Kosovo (one deployment), Iraq (one deployment), and Afghanistan (two deployments). I served in the Army's esteemed 173rd Airborne Brigade based in Italy and Germany with more MoH (the Medals of Honor) than any other similarly brigade sized military unit of the Armed Forces of the United States of America (22 MoH to be exact due to fighting the bloodiest battle of the Vietnam War: "The Battle of Dak To" on "Hill 875"), as well as, loosing the highest number of Paratroopers (via combat related injuries and deaths) and earning the most categories of valorous awards during the "Global War on Terror" in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have finally discovered the best vehicle Saleswoman in the entire Universe. Yanilda Lora's persona and superb communication made me feel like I was her only client. She stood by me from the start to the finish and kept reminding me that I will find the perfect new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, which I did. She went above and beyond in reaching out to me for anything I needed during the entire shopping experience. Her great attention to detail made sure that my specific sedan was a great fit for me. I am looking forward to work with Yani once again as I buy a new Camry for my spouse in a near future. I wish I can give Interstate Toyota in Airmont, New York, seven stars. Thank you very much! Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Honestly wasn't sure I'd buy from a small town lot, figured the selection would be thin and the prices padded. It was the opposite. They had three of the exact trim I was after, which the bigger place off 81 couldn't manage, and the pricing was already where I'd have negotiated to. I did push a little on the doc fee out of habit and got nowhere, which is fair enough. Whole thing took a Saturday morning.

Wayne County Ford review
Wayne County Ford was great to deal with. Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn’t add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

2022 Ford Escape review
I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

Wayne County Ford review
Wayne County Ford's service department absolutely restored my faith in honest mechanics. I brought my 2019 Escape in after my local mechanic could not get anywhere with my check engine light. He replaced all my spark plugs and coils for a misfire. I never trusted dealerships so i was weary setting up the appointment. Tammy was great and listened to my concerns and got me scheduled. After they looked at my vehicle, they informed me that the misfire was from my engine burning coolant. She told me that normally this is a very costly repair and that my engine would need replacing, but luckily there is a warranty extension on the engine, and it would be replaced at no cost to me. Tammy got me in a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being made. I picked up my vehicle and no more check engine light; I couldn't be happier. Tammy is wonderful and I highly recommend Wayne county Ford.

Wayne County has serviced my Ford Fusion for over three years. They always do the service and repairs on time and correctly. The dealer costs are the same as any other repair shop. They match or beat prices on tires, etc. Andrew, Chris and the service team are friendly and knowledgeable. Next new car will be from Wayne County
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.
