The service department is superior. Manager, Jonathan Lankford, runs an excellent service center. He treats you like family and his staff follows his example. Everyone in the service department treats you will respect and they are friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and get you in and out as quickly as possible with your vehicle in good shape. They are the best service center I have ever done business with! They have a very nice waiting room with a tv, and you are given many choices of their great free snacks, drinks, and water. They cover your floorboard and seats before it is taken to the mechanic. When the work is done, they deliver you a clean, washed vehicle! They do not try to make a living off one person but make every effort to lower your bill with discounts and specials. While everyone does a wonderful job, I would like to mention Monica Webster's kindness and efficiency....she has a great personality, knows her job, and is a pleasure to work with. Mr. Lankford's high standards and sincere, friendly personality leave no doubt that your vehicle is in excellent hands at a reasonable price, along with a fun place to be while you wait. This young man is a breath of fresh air in the way he makes every customer feel important, along with knowing that their vehicle is in the very best hands, whatever the need. Personally, I am treated like a princess upon my arrival and until I leave. If I need to go to the restroom upstairs Jonathan escorts me. He gets a golf chair from my trunk and sets it up for me if I want to sit outside in the sun to read, checking on me periodically, and returning my chair to the trunk when they finish with my car. I will not let anyone else touch my Lincoln Town Car!

This was my family's first Honda purchase, a 2018 Odyssey. After months of debating whether or not we wanted a minivan, we came across the newly redesigned fifth generation Odyssey. We test drove at another dealer and then began the search for the best deal since we were trading in a car we had only owned for 2 years. Honda of Concord was the last dealership we contacted but they were the most responsive and understanding of our situation. Everyone took the time to fully understand our needs (and wants) and worked to ensure they were met. I started conversing with Carson, who worked out the numbers with the purchase and the trade. While he did not beat the price of the van I had received at another dealer (don't fret, it was not by much), he was able to cut more than my trade's buyout to help make up some of the difference. Once all that the finances were figured out, Joy joined the conversation and knocked the ball out of the park. Every question I had was answered within a few minutes by text, often accompanied by pictures for visual aid if needed. Once we decided to make the deal after pre-approval with our credit and situating the payment where we wanted, Joy and the team worked to find the color van we wanted since they didn't have it on the lot and had it in hand ready to go within a few hours the following day (we made our decision to buy the van late one evening). Joy made sure to schedule our arrival at the dealership to sign the paperwork so that we weren't there longer than necessary (she knew we would have two small children in tow). Though that process took a little longer than expected once we arrived, we were understanding as we saw the traffic in and out of the showroom. As we waited Joy didn't leave our side; she went ahead and started to discuss our preferences for the Odyssey (given there is so much technology they ask how you want certain functions to work) until Kevin in finance was ready for me to process all the paperwork. Kevin had everything printed and ready, described all the figures and notes in full detail, and we were out of his office in 15 minutes. The van was waiting for us out front along with Joy who was eager to explain some of the amazing features of the Odyssey - from the RES to the tailgating capability 3rd row to 2nd row magic four-way sliding seats. She also went ahead and preset our preferences for some of the functionality as a result of the conversation we had with her earlier. My family loaded the car and we were off. Joy even checked in the next day to see how we were enjoying the van. First rate dealership through and through. If and when we are ready to buy another car - new or used - we will definitely visit Honda of Concord. I highly recommend Joy and am grateful to have purchased a car with her as our sales partner. Knowledgeable, understanding, efficient, and energetic. Joy and the team made us feel like family and we were catching up after not seeing one another for a while. Thank you Carson, Joy, and Kevin. Our family is thrilled with the Odyssey and only wish we were closer to stop in and say hi when the car will need service.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Perfect for a family of four, loaded with friends (seats 8) towing my boat or camper. I've towed my camper all over Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, etc. and towed my boat to Florida and back. Plenty of power climbing mountains with the camper. It's just a great truck...I love it.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. Well the vehicle I purchased was a 2006 and only the navigation system was out of date and it doesn't sync with my phone. It would be nice if it had daytime running lights but it does have automatic headlights.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I have probably purchased more than 15 vehicles in my lifetime. I have never worked with a car dealership more professional, thorough, and timely than Colonial Ford. Stephen Z. is unlike so many other car salesmen out there who bully you with sales pitches and follow up phone calls. Stephen is a genuinely kind and unassuming gentleman, who listened well and stuck with us to guide us to find the right Ford F150. There was no sales pitch, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. Stephen was patient and kind to our rambunctious and loud 3-year old, Owen, as we worked through the purchasing process. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My family had plans to go on vacation a few days after we purchased the truck. Stephen took care of everything to make sure that our "green gem" was Simonized, shiny, spotless, and ready to roll the day after we got back. He made sure a new bed liner (compliments of Colonial Ford) and the new tri-fold tonneau cover that we ordered were installed. Stephen even worked in cahoots with me while I was away, and he helped me to surprise my husband with an early anniversary present by adding a bed extender. He texted me with the information I needed from his personal phone after hours and sent me pictures of the truck to assure me that my surprise would go off without a hitch. We had a great experience at Colonial Ford. We walked in thinking about purchasing a new truck and walked out a few hours later having done so. Stephen Z. is excellent, so ask for him if your headed to Colonial Ford. Tell him Matt and Candice sent you!

Just had this vehicle a week but have been a lifelong Ford owner. It was purchased as a replacement vehicle with an eye for towing a camper in the future. I was impressed with the towing rating but also with the interior as well. Heated/vented leather seats, navigation, USB & AC voltage ports, Sirius XM & climate zones. Everything works & works well. Braking is great & the 3.5 liter twin turbo seems to have more power than I thought it would.

Bought my 2011 Expedition Limited in April 2016 with 116k miles. 3 years later, I have 160k miles on it now. It has served me very well. I love the power, the passenger capacity, and the vast cargo capacity. When I first bought it, some oil was leaking down into the spark plugs causing a random misfire. Had it repaired and no issues with that since. At 145k, needed to replace the water pump. Other than that, the vehicle has remained fairly low maintenance. I'm very happy with the purchase. I would have liked to get a newer one with less miles but didn't want to spend that much on the purchase. This vehicle looks and runs great and I would recommend. Can expect 300k-500k miles with regular maintenance.

This is the third new Hyundai I have purchased and the first at Vandergriff. In my opinion, Vandergriff requires too much paperwork, e.g., a "Power of Attorney" to sell the car I traded in, and their requirement for me and my wife to sign the new title application as our names are printed on our driver's licenses and not our usual signatures. I understand these are Vandergriff's interpretation of the laws of Texas, but I suspect Vandergriff is too strict and probably not justified in their interpretation... Otherwise, Vandergriff has been in business a long time and has a good reputation in this area. ( I bought a new car from them in 1958.) I visited two other dealers in my area, both of which were nearer to my home, and Vandergriff offered me the best deal. I am satisfied.

I called from Colorado Springs at 4:30 pm on the 29th of July (Friday) and spoke with Savannah. She quickly looked up the vehicle I was interested in to confirm that it was still on their lot. I explained that my husband and I was still working and that we probably wouldn't get there until sometime between 7:30 and 8:30 (they close at 9:00). She said, "No problem." Then asked, "Please text when on the way so I can hold the vehicle for you". She further explained that she would have the vehicle up front for us as we pull into their lot. When we got there at 8:15, she was still with another customer but had planned in advance to have another sales rep/manager (Warren) to assist us while she was detained. It didn't take long for her to finish with the other customer when she took us out on a test drive. To shorten the story, we love the vehicle. Savannah and the finance department (thank you Jon) filled out all the necessary paperwork and had us out of there shortly after 10:00. During our wait, she treated us to complimentary snacks & drinks and showed us the massage chair. We got a GREAT deal with AMAZING service in an absolutely beautiful showroom. Not up to date styling, but a good value in a used vehicle. Lots of room, very comfortable on the highway, also great towing capacity. Down side is poor gas mileage, but you had to know that before buying.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
