Stephany worked really hard to make sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was very specific with my requirements and she made sure I was taken care of. It was a rainy day & she had my car in the showroom so I could inspect it thoroughly before taking it for a drive. I was impressed with her attention to detail!

Purchased a used vehicle here with Max as my salesperson. We purchased it sight unseen online. Max provided extra pics and videos and answered our questions immediately. He took care of sending paperwork overnight and ensuring process was completed in a timely manner. He also assisted with shipping process of vehicle 300 miles to us. All went smoothly and vehicle was received as described. Greatly appreciated. Greg

Keith at Village Ford in Dearborn was absolutely outstanding to work with. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who is this professional, responsive, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Keith at Village Ford Dearborn. Truly a top-notch experience.

LaFontaine INFINITI Ann ArborReviews
LaFontaine INFINITI Ann Arbor review
I always have had a good experience at LaFontaine Infiniti. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I do wish that they had a larger facility .
2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

I purchased A 2017 Chrysler 300S all-wheel drive With a 114000 miles Got a great deal. My salesman was Marcus he walked me through everything, the purchase, any questions I had, phone calls and text. He always returned my calls and answered all my questions. I was very happy with his professionalism and courtesy. Everything he told me about it was accurate. Even though I bought thI s car sight unseen, I Would highly recommend this dealership

Village FordReviews
Village Ford review
