2021 Ford Expedition review
Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2016 Ford Expedition review
I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

2018 Ford Expedition review
This is the 5th Expedition that I have owned over the years. This current generation is a fantastic vehicle which checks all of the boxes. The interior is terrific with plenty of room and comfort, even in the third row for adults.

2025 Ford Expedition review
Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

I’ve been driving over 50 years and I have to say, this was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a rough day with my old car, I had to face the fact that repairs would be way too high and I would just have to buy another car. After going to several other dealerships in the area, I went home and cried. My daughter came home and said we are going tonight to find a car. We went to John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville first. From the minute we entered the dealership, we were impressed. No pressure, no gimmicks , just a positive and wonderful experience. My salesman, Rob was so helpful and so understanding. He along with his manager worked hard and did everything they could to get me in a great car that I love, at a right price, with the right terms and I even had a choice of colors available to me that night. Everyone I met was incredibly nice and helpful from Rob to both managers to the finance man. I came home with a beautiful 2021 Silver Escape with low milage , all the extras , a great warranty and a very positive experience. 2018 Ford Expedition review
This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.
2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.
