Hines Park Lincoln review
The whole long distance purchase went very smoothly. Very professional and efficient team. We did drive up to pick up our new car and were given a thorough briefing and demonstration on our car. Thank you Greg for a wonderful experience and the knowledge you gave me made me feel comfortable enough to drive home.
2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Car Dome Auto Sales review
I wanted to share our recent experience working with Gus to purchase our 2024 Lincoln Corsair. The entire process was straightforward, and Gus was very patient with us, especially since my wife had many concerns about the vehicle being shipped from Detroit to our home in Chicago. Gus answered all our questions promptly and was completely transparent throughout the process. We truly appreciated his professionalism and support. Overall, this was a great dealership to work with, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, The Dandridge Family

2021 Ford Expedition review
Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

This is my second vehicle I purchased from Ryan Auto. All of the staff (ROMEO and SANTOS) are the best...Excellent customer service and they treat you like family. The receptionist (you know who you are) she is awesome!!!!! Best experience I have ever had from any car lot and wayyyy better the the dealerships. You wont be waiting all day long. They get you in and out and signing on the dotted lines in no time and RESULT...driving off in your new vehicle. I love Ryan Auto. I love the staff. Highly recommend all to visit here and I promise you will be back when you are in the market for your next ride.

Beyond impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Fady and Antonio. I traveled from Tennessee just to order from this dealership because of these two employees. Not only did they take time to answer all my questions and share their own experience and knowledge of the Ford Bronco I was interested in, they did all this knowing I was just a curious out of state customer who more than likely would not be back. That first visit left such an impression that I did indeed come back! From the first visit just to see the Bronco in person, to placing my own Bronco order to completing the sale and pick up of my Bronco, these gentleman were top notch! If you want an exceptional car buying experience, I highly recommend Suburban Ford of Romeo, be sure to ask for Fady!

Spoke with Burt and he me come back at 4:00 since I didn’t have an appointment. They took me in right away and I was out in just over an hour. Great service and it is always a pleasure working with Crest Ford. I met with Sean while my F150 was being serviced and he was most helpful in going over my lease which ends in September. At his suggestion I will be ordering a new F150 soon. A great dealership to work with.
2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

The experience was very good - the folks we worked with were knowledgeable and helpful, and easy to work with. We ended up buying a car and trading in our older car and feel great about the experience - we will come back to Skalnek in the future!

Kaycy was amazing to work with. She helped me get into the vehicle I wanted and stuck with me through the entire process. Drove 12 hours from Southern Virginia to pick up my vehicle and it was well worth it! Thank you Kaycy!

Car Dome Auto Sales review
I had such an amazing car buying experience thanks to Drew. He truly went above and beyond. After the first hour of inquiring about my vehicle, he was giving me a phone call. I live in Washington, and was hesitant to buy a vehicle from another state; since I couldn’t take a look at the vehicle or test drive it. He sent such well, detailed videos of him driving the vehicle, as well as interior and exterior videos. He was running numbers for me after work hours and did all the leg work. Drew was nothing but honest, and worked just as hard as me to make my deal work. I was unsure for a few days if I could make it all work out, and he was patient the entire time. He took it day by day along side me. He didn’t pressure nor drop me, not once, even after it took me 2 weeks to seal the deal. I plan to continue my business with CarDome in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family, and honestly anybody who needs a car!

Summit Place Kia East review
I have bought 5 cars from this dealership, and I have had nothing but great experiences. From sales, to service and the parts department. Cameron from sales is a great guy, and so is Skylar. The finance manager is wonderful, and works his butt off to get you approved with a payment that is manageable. I only take my vehicles to this dealership for service. Their service techs are polite, and always informative. I literally can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Although the car I looked at wasn't for me, everyone was friendly. Overall a small clean dealership in Fishers.
2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey
