Used Ford Expedition for Sale in Lebanon, TN

Just had my 2013 Ford Fusion serviced. Couldn't be more pleased. They are always so polite. I don't usually like taking care of "guy" stuff but the staff at Bates are super nice and always make me feel comfortable. Completely satisfied!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

best car i have owned. the performance is great and it is very quiet. i am surprised with the many features ane options the vehicle gas.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

We traded in our Xterra, because we just didn’t have any leg room with 2 full size car seats in the back. The Expedition has extra room to spare! Love our BIG family SUV

I had been searching for a 2016 F250 Lariat, 6.2L gas with specific features. Local dealers (Springfield, IL) could not find one. Through USAA Car Buying Service, I was connected to a dealer in MO that found the truck I wanted. I drove down on Friday (98 miles one way) in my trade vehicle to work the deal. They low-balled my trade big time. Unwilling to compromise. Frustrated and irked, I drove home thinking this was not going to happen. Well, Google is your friend. Having the trucks VIN, I found that it was at Two Rivers Ford. Saturday morning I called TRF, spoke with John Qualkinbush, VERY nice and pleasant to talk with. Has that easy mid-south drawl and brotherly/fatherly manner. Sent him info on my trade and a couple of photos. Short time later he called back with an offer that was $2550 above the offer from the MO dealer. We discussed incentives, other numbers and quickly came to a deal I could be happy about. Monday morning I left the house at 4am and drove the 6 hours to Two Rivers Ford. Truck was ready, they evaluated my trade and all the numbers were exactly as we had discussed over the phone. No games, no him-haw. I already had my financing arranged through USAA and they have worked with USAA finance before so it was easy, painless and the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'm 54 years old so this is not my first rodeo in car buying, but it was, by far, the best. Kenny Fitzpatrick handled the signing and paperwork and it was also a great experience. Thank you John Q for an outstanding experience in working this deal and getting me my dream truck with no hassles. I would gladly drive 6 hours to Two Rivers Ford and John Q for another vehicle purchase.

I’ve become very loyal to the Expedition. I have never had a problem with any of them. My last one I rolled over 150k in miles. The mileage isn’t great obviously, but the versatility is amazing!

Steven Hess did a great job on helping with my 2017 F-150 lariat (spare key fob and lazer key made) as well as a recall. Also with our 2017 Ford Explorer getting warranty work done on a mirror. Very easy and quick service. This was great not having added stress as we are planning our wedding thats one month away now. Thanks

Folks, this is how the car buying process should work everywhere. We purchase a 2008 Mazda CX-9 and could not be happier with the car or the experience with Cory and his team at Car Hunters. They have an excellent selection of quality used cars and trucks that are well-serviced and priced fairly. They offer tremendous value, and isn't that what you want? You don't want to overpay, nor do you want "cheap." I'm that guy who has buyers remorse about everything - I can't spend $1.50 on a candy bar and not regret it 10 minutes later. But I can honestly say that we enjoyed buying this car, and I will definitely see Cory again when I am in the market for the next one. Not low-pressure, but a no pressure, consultative approach at Car Hunters. They offer options for financing, but they don't push you in any direction. You're not going to pay junk fees or be encouraged to buy warranties and stuff you don't need. Come here and get the car you want at a good price. How confident am I in these guys? I would absolutely send my mom, my sister, or my grandma to buy a car here. So if you are anywhere within driving distance of Mount Juliet, TN, do yourself a favor and check out these guys before you buy your next used car. Chances are you'll do like I did and drive away in your new car thinking how smart you are...

I'm a tall guy iFit heated seats in the front and rear smooth airbag ride mileage as expected very easy to see out of be sure to clear the radar sonar or you'll get a false reading if there's snow

From the moment my wife and I entered this CarMax we were impressed with the level of customer service and attention provided. The salesman (Lorimer I believe is his name) was very accommodating and laid back. He did not rush us into a sale like the dealership we came from prior to checking out Carmax. He willingly allowed us to test drive various vehicles, gave my wife and I private time to discuss our impressions, and provided us with honest suggestions related to our unique needs in a vehicle. We finally bought a great vehicle (2013 Hyundai Elantra) at a great price. We recommend to all of our family and friends to try the CarMax way when buying their next vehicle.

Not up to date styling, but a good value in a used vehicle. Lots of room, very comfortable on the highway, also great towing capacity. Down side is poor gas mileage, but you had to know that before buying.

I found a vehicle in my price range and it just happened to be for sale at Mount Juliet motors. I have never been to that dealer before but I guarantee I will check their inventory out first before I purchase my next vehicle. Reasons for this review 1) They carry a wide variety of used vehicles 2) The office though small was very neat and clean 3) The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable 4) when I got out of my car I was not swarmed by salespeople 5) They are willing to negotiate some 6) The owner went above and beyond to help me and make the process as easy as it possibly could be. The entire experience was probably one of the best used car dealer experiences that I’ve had and that is saying something that purchase was my 38th vehicle I have purchased also am 43 Years old and am very very picky. I have been known to get up and leave dealerships before because you can’t fix stupid and I will not deal with it. This review is based on my personal experience at Mount Juliet motors. James

Oil change was thorough,quick and reasonably priced. Service advisor took care of my needs and didn’t try to up sell me on useless extras. So different from many dealerships.

This vehicle has met all my needs and still looks/handles like it is brand new. This is my third Expedition and I would recommend this type of vehicle to everyone looking for a full size SUV.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet. We had been saving up for a while to buy a used 2014-2016 explorer for our growing family. We definitely did our research and even went to a different dealership the day before we came to TRF. While the other place had friendly sales people, they didn't have exactly what we wanted at their location, but were willing to get the explorer shipped to their location at a separate cost to us. They also were going give us a very small trade in value for our current 2007 fusion. Needless to say, we still wanted to shop around. We live near TRF but didn't really know if they carried certified pre-owned vehicles. To our surprise, they do AND they had the explorer we wanted at a decent price. We even got a better trade-in value because of being a loyal Ford customer! I would like to recognize our salesman, John Q, for giving us a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable about the explorer and took the time to help us understand everything that this fully-loaded SUV had to offer. We were initially concerned that it might be too large of a vehicle to fit in our garage, so John handed over the keys for us to take it on a test drive and check. Lucky for us, it fits, even with my husband's car in there too! Since we've bought it, we have had no problems, but feel comfortable enough to give John a call to ask him any questions we have about the car. I plan on returning to TRF to get my oil changed as well as any future services or car needs. Thank you again, we love our explorer!!

Beautiful family car to own. Reliable, and roomier. It has all the features you need. Fully loaded and drives very smooth. This car will last long for years to come

Baba was helpful. Nice vehicles just hard to finance with bank because titles are rebuilt.

If you want or need a large SUV that gets great gas mileage and carries lots of gear and people, this Ford will do the trick. The Limited model comes nicely equipped and will garner lots of compliments from your passengers for both room and comfort. Ford is getting closer to perfecting this model.
