This dealership does not pay on commission which made the whole experience less stressful and they have a great inventory along with a great staff. My husband and I went to this dealership because they had all the vehicles I was interested in test driving. When we arrived we were greeted by Vanessa. Let me tell you how lucky we were to have her. She is so caring, enthusiastic, took pride in her work and was never pushy. Once we narrowed it down to purchasing a 2021 Ford bronco she was very thorough in explaining everthing as we went through the paperwork and options. I feel like I gained a friend after working with Vanessa. Even after I bought the bronco she continued to text me to make sure everything was alright and even mailed us a thank you card, which I greatly appreciated. Then during our purchase, we were blessed with Tyler who jumped in to help. He knew everything about broncos and sat with us for over an hour pointing out the different features and answering my 5 million questions. He also assisted us in getting the ford pass app set up on our phone. My experience started off on a rough note. My new truck was delivered missing a passenger-side mirror, and I had to make multiple trips back to the dealership during the first week of ownership. There were also a few additional issues that needed to be addressed, and I was frustrated by some of the communication throughout the process. That said, the dealership listened to my concerns and made a genuine effort to make things right. They repaired all of the issues with the truck, provided a loaner while the repairs were being completed. I appreciated that they took my feedback seriously and were willing to work with me rather than dismiss my concerns. No one wants to spend the first week with a brand new vehicle making return trips to the dealership, but I also believe it’s important to recognize when a business stands behind its customer. While I wish the delivery experience had gone more smoothly, I’m thankful they followed through and made the effort to restore my confidence in both the truck and the dealership.
