Got there and there were several cars ahead of me. Waly honestly told me how long the wait estimate was and he was spot on. I asked for specific things to check and he said that was part of the service. These guys are always honest, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway review
Just bought a new 2025 F150 Laiat Hybrid. Best truck ever, has all the options. Best price by far than other dealers. Devin was amazing finding it and having it transferred. They found an issue that the other dealership didn't and fixed it before delivery. We needed another key and they sent to our house to program key. Very impressed. Better than our old Ford dealership by far!

Had good texting before my initial visit to drive the truck, no pressure but offered to answer questions. Good initial meeting and walk around with descriptions of the features and great test drive. Good second visit with my wife and her questions, salesman was very helpful. Good negotiation and finalizing the process. Good introduction for all the new features and systems.

AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway review
I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and overall, it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, Myles Fillmer was welcoming and attentive without being pushy. The sales team took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me find a truck that fit both my needs and budget. The selection of trucks was impressive, with a variety of models and price ranges available. The vehicle I chose was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The financing process was smooth and straightforward, with no hidden surprises, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the level of customer service. The team made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Even after the purchase, they followed up to make sure everything was going well. If you're in the market for a truck, I would definitely recommend checking them out. Honest service, a solid selection, and a hassle-free buying experience made this an easy choice for me.

I am back again for a follow up on the last review. I was going to edit it out but it will not let me. There was some information that was missing when everything was handed over to Dave. Once I got his direct line number, he was very thorough and handled my calls. If I had to leave a VM he would call me back in a good time frame. The reason for the first review was for how we were feeling, but because we are Mac Haik customers they did work this out in a timely manner. Costs still accrued but we knew why and details pertaining to them.

Mac Haik Ford Pasadena review
Our salesman was polite and pleasant. No rushing or pushy or trying to be persistent on purchasing the vehicle we test drove. The finance person was extremely helpful as well. He showed us our options and was not pushy either. Allowed us to take our time and talk it over before we came to a decision. He explained everything in detail and in a way we could easily understand. Overall, the experience was the best. We will definitely be coming here for our future purchases from now on.

Mac Haik Ford Pasadena review
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mac Haik in Pasadena. Eddie Martinez set up our financing for the vehicle and made it a very professional and expeditious process. He found a good APR and a great extended warranty that exceeded the extended warranty we had found on our own. Eddie made our buying experience a pleasant and friendly experience. I would highly recommend Mac Haik in Pasadena.

Mac Haik Ford Pasadena review
My experience with Mac Haik was phenomenal. After weeks of shopping for a used Expedition locally, I had to move my search nationwide. With this came dealing with several shady dealerships that advertise one thing and try to con you into something else, or hide a bunch of fees into their "online price". Not with Mac Haik. What I saw online is what I paid, and what they advertised is what I purchased. Everything above board, everything as promised. The Pre-Owned Director, Jerry, was first class. He was helpful and attentive through the whole process. The salesman Adan also had everything ready for me when I got there and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes after I flew in halfway across the country to buy the vehicle. Don't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Mac Haik. They are excellent ambassadors to the Ford brand. Thanks again guys!!
