Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
Stopped there last Wednesday. Vehicle advertised on the internet.
Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
I have to say these guys were the best. Understanding in a stressful situation for my husband and myself. Got us into a new flex the next day. Great dealership, great sales guys, great finance guy. Very helpful even though we went through our own bank. We will be buying from them again.
Michael Gadberry was assigned to meet us for our 1:00 appointment. Michael called prior to our arrival to confirm our appointment and was prompt in greeting us as we arrived. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge and Long McArthur through out our process. Michael was very professional and took his time to answer our questions and make sure we knew everything. Long McArthur has plenty of personnel to help in every area of service. I left having confidence that we could rely on great service in the future. This was our first experience with this dealership. Michael seemed to make an extra effort to always please us. I would definitely recommend Michael for your experience. We finished with Kyle who was also very friendly. People at Long McArthur aim to please which takes a little longer to complete so allow plenty of time. We were treated very well. Stockton, Ks.
I would give them all a 5, but everything and everyone has room to improve. Overall, they have GREAT customer service and made my buying experience an easy one. I am a loan officer and I am very picky/ skeptical about purchasing new/ used auto's, but they stuck to their word the whole time! They even met me at the dealership on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule! Thanks, Tripp, Marty and Cleveland and the rest of the crew!

Wonderful service and an overall great experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable. Would send family & friends to Preston Ford & Charles Flowers.Love my new Explorer and all the features it has.Sales people were all very friendly. Dealership was well maintained and had a great selection of vehicles to choose from.
Had such a good experience looking for a used vehicle for my daughter. Visited multiple dealerships around the area and none of them listened to my wishlist the way Encinitas Ford did. I saw some negative reviews when I went to post this and I can fully say I disagree with them. They probably changed their process because the experience was 10/10.
You have to check out this dealership! I have never seen a car dealership that looks like this. Much more like a high -end hotel than a dealership. The staff is super nice and we got a great deal. Thanks to everyone involved!
In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013 Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.
