My husband & I just purchased a rather “different” used car from them. A Volkswagen R32 that wasn’t cheap. If you know, you know. CJ was amazing through the entire process. Being an older car we obviously had concerns about the vehicle for the price even though it looked beautiful on the lot & just wanted to make sure everything was okay. He went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable with purchasing the car allowing us to take it for a pre-purchase inspection & also having any concern we had checked out by their mechanics as well & we took it on multiple test drives. This was over a 2-3 week process & he waited patiently while we made our decision. We also interacted with a few people there during the process who were all very nice. Once we decided to purchase CJ set up a time to do the paper work & Tracy was also very nice & had everything ready. Easy in & easy out! Will 100% return again!

These guys need to be like a 20 star because no matter what they were the best ever... I have never ever been treated so good with finance like Davis did for us as he was so detailed about everythi9ng when he went over all what we was getting.. Please do not let David or Tony or Kevin leave there the best.... I will never go any where else.. Hamza the general manager was the best ever as well i have never seen the General manger work so hard like this man did... Roy also needs to be in this bunch as well he also helped out. Thank you all so so much. When I need another car I will be coming to Front Royal Ford they really care about there customers its not just that they want to sell a car they do care. I arrived in the afternoon, vehicle was detailed, gassed up, and the paperwork began. They gave a fair number on my trade. Everyone in the store was pleasant and great welcoming crew. Chris the general manager introduced himself as well and made us feel at home. Nice facility. Before long i was on my long drive home in a brand new stang! this is our second ford purchase and couldn't be happier!

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
