I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. And best part was that they walk their talk by following their promise and reconditioning some worn off part that didn`t look the best. Thank you, guys, thank you, Luis.

Our experience started before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. My husband initially called about an Expedition we had seen online, but unfortunately, it had already been sold. Just a few hours later, we received a call letting us know they had just taken in a used Expedition that closely matched what we were looking for. It hadn’t even been priced or photographed yet, but Joe went out of his way to take pictures himself and text them to us so we could see it right away. We were immediately interested, and after seeing the photos, we made the two-hour drive the very next day to check it out in person. From that point on, Joe was exceptional. He was incredibly communicative through email, phone calls, and text messages, keeping us updated every step of the way. Since we were driving over two hours each way, he made sure everything was exactly as promised before we arrived. The vehicle was fully serviced, cosmetic repairs we had discussed were completed, and all of the paperwork was prepared and ready for us to sign. The entire process was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. It was absolutely worth the drive. What impressed us even more was how honest and customer-focused the entire experience was. There was never any pressure, and no one tried to upsell us on warranties, protection plans, or services we didn’t want. Instead, they listened to what was important to us and respected our decisions. Since we live in Connecticut and purchased the vehicle in New York, Joe and the team also worked with us to make sure the registration process for our home state went as smoothly as possible. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. We absolutely love our new Expedition, and this was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back for our future car-buying needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe DeCarlo and the entire team to our family and friends. 2019 Ford Expedition Max review
We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

2018 Ford Expedition Max review
We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

2018 Ford Expedition Max review
Meets all needs for my family of 4 with two young children that are “extra” and always require “extras” that need “extra” space. Super comfortable, everyone has their own space, we don’t feel on top of each other and it’s amazing. The vehicle drives like a charm and is probably my absolute most favorite vehicle I have ever owned-even my Denali Yukon and LTZ Tahoe. This succeeds all expectations and I probably will never drive another type of vehicle again until children are grown and out of the house.

I never tried the thrid row seat. it is broken .instead of ford using metal.scews they have plastic ones and they are not covered by warranty 800. dollar repair

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
