Leo and Bryan were great to do business with. They both came in on a Sunday even though their dealership was closed. There was no pressure to buy and they were willing to wait while I made a decision and ask about other cars they had in stock. Very professional and very good customer service. I’ve already told people I know looking to buy a car to check out the dealership.
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
I bought a Honda from Todd, he was SUPERB! Todd was helpful, kind, fast and super easy to work with. The dealership asked all my questions, provided all past info on the car, and was helpful! I ALWAYS refer friends and family to NorthBend Chev\Todd

I had rented a new Ford 250 to travel to California and pick up my horses - 2050 mile round trip. I have driven p up trucks before, but not a diesel. Was advised by rental Co Agent that I would have to insert 2? small containers of Diesel fuel additive within the first 500 miles. Was confused about the process. Saw Lakewood from the highway decided to ask someone there about buying additive. Drove up and talked to employee Sam. Very friendly and approachable person. He checked with several knowledgeable people in the shop. It was determined that a gallon should be inserted and would last 5000 miles. That was promptly done. When I insisted in paying for the additive Sam said it was free. No amount of pressure worked in my wanting to pay. I was going to bill the rental agency. I told them that Lakewood is a great group of people. Their kindness and treating me like I was a valuable customer, when I was not, was a thermometer of their approach to customer satisfaction. Angie was helpful with explaining any questions I had and helped me still get into my Jeep when we had a few issues get in the way. She has the best attitude and made the whole process of buying my first car as stress free as she could.
Went in looking solely for a cash-only trade in for my Mazda3 Hatchback. Was not overly pressured from the staff and was given a fair assesment of the worth of the vehicle. After some very simple and painless negotiation, I was given a decent deal! The staff was always friendly and I was treated like a human, not a lawyer in a courtroom.
Would recommend talking to these guys and gals if you're interested in selling or trading in your vehicle!
I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.
Did what they needed to do when they said they would do it. Took less time than estimated. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either, just what was required.
