My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
I was expecting to possibly leave my car overnight, but my guy probably lit a fire under someone???s butt so that didn???t happen. He also filled my tank with gas, since my issue was someone vandalized my nozzle intake. My service turned out wonderfully, unexpectedly! Thank you so much Future Ford. Also, I purchased my vehicle here almost three years ago (it had 52K miles then, now it has 102K), and this is the vehicles first incident. Love my 2011 Escape. Thanks again!
We went in to "just look". Lisa helped us find the model we wanted and allowed us to test drive it. She explained all of the technology and features that were equipped on the vehicle. She then let us know the current incentives, but all as information, not pressuring us to make a move. I can't explain how thankful I am for her team and the expertise she provided us. We ended up driving home in a brand new car that fit all of our families needs and more!!
The 2 salesmen I had were really great. My trips to check out and test drive cars were spread out over 3 weeks. No pressure, just patience with showing me and test driving used cars. Jeff and Chris were amazing . I will definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.
Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
Rickie was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of every feature of the vehicle which I really appreciated. He identified my needs and executed on helping me with the perfect vehicle. Every staff member I came in contact with were extremely helpful and accommodating.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
