TRY RICART FIRST - YOU WON'T BE SORRY

After having bad experiences with two Ford dealerships with salesmen who were less than competent, we drove almost 3 hours away to Ricart Ford in Columbus. What a wise decision we made. Prior to our visit, we had shopped online to pick out the F-150 XLT that we wanted. Price and rebates factored into our decision as well. When we arrived, they had greeters at the door to direct us to who we wished to talk to. The salesman talked with us about what vehicle we had come to see, and let us take a test drive on highway and in the city. Jay was our salesman. He was friendly, honest and personable. After deciding to purchase the truck we liked, Jay called Melissa to come and discuss price, loan percentages, and rebates. Melissa too, was honest, friendly and personable. Once we shook hands on an agreed price for the truck, we were taken into Jason to finalize the finances and signing of all remaining papers. Jay, Melissa, and Jason all answered our questions with knowledgeable answers. They never said "I don't know, I have to ask someone else". They would say things like, "Jason can help you with that when you go in with him to sign the papers." My husband and I have bought new cars and trucks several times in our lives and though we have had good experiences along with bad ones, we have never had such a good buying experience as we had with Jay, Melissa and Justin at #1Ricart Ford. I can tell you, I would drive for 2 days, if needed, to buy from Ricart again. We definitely will be back for more. There was a small error, but it was corrected immediately. We paid additional for rubber floor mats rather than the standard cloth ones. The mats were not in the truck. My husband called Jay. He apologized, put them in the mail immediately, and they arrived at our house in 2 days. It was a minor error that had been overlooked and they corrected it with no hassle.
