Route 23 AutomallReviews
Route 23 Automall review
I bought a 2023 Ford Explorer from Route 23 Automall. From start to finish the process was transparent, quick and easy. The sales manager, Solomon, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible with my purchase. I did not feel pressured in any way unlike at most dealerships. It was a pleasure doing business here and I highly recommend buying a car from Route 23 Automall!

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln review
This is my second purchase from the Maple Crest dealership. Walk in with the expectation of driving out with a car. They are going to do everything humanly possible to assist you. I was treated like a KING, and i truly felt like one, driving out with my brand new Lincoln. The service goes beyond selling you a car. You get calls to make sure you are satisfied. Also last but not least, the mobile service is receive Tire rotation, free Oil change and Dianostic service right at my home. My wife is jealous, I fell in love with Maple Crest Dealership. Thanks a lot Anthony I truly appreciate your knowledge and professionalism in the smooth transition of selling me this fine Automobile. Stop by and tell them that Lewis sent you. Thanks again Maple Crest Family. Lewis Underwood

I had an exceptional experience shopping for a car with Cherie and Kamila. I inquired about the car and received a prompt follow up from Kamila. Cherie helped me as soon as I stepped in the dealership, she was kind and welcoming and answered any question I had regarding my purchase. I didn't have many but they were able to get me the best price available on the car I purchased as well. I picked it up today and everything was really quick. If you're looking for a new or used car definitely check out their inventory. They're great at making sure the customer is taken care of, would 100% recommend Cherie. Also shout out to Lucia who made sure the price I saw was the price I paid. All in all, terrific experience especially coming from NY to NJ for the purchase.

Wayne Ford review
Two visits with Eric Federico and we walked out buying a new Ford Bronco Sport right off the lot! No pressure from Eric and we happened to love the car Wayne Ford had right there. We went there thinking we wanted an Edge and changed our minds after Eric told us it was discontinued. The Bronco fit our needs and we love it!! After owning 10 Fords in my lifetime I love this one the most. But then again I loved them all. Ford is a great product!

I am happy to announce that the dealership and I have finally called it a day. I worked with Martin. We discussed and settled on reasonable grounds. I am simply glad that the matter has been resolved, it’s over and now we can put this behind us.

We purchased a 2025 Expedition Max Platinum from Impex, great people, great service, fast and easy. We worked with Kelvin who was very nice and very knowledgeable.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
